The customer service was outstanding the gentleman that assisted me today was informative and made great suggestions the faculty was clean and the sandwich was delicious!!! I read the reviews so I was so worried it wd be another bad experience and i was pleasantly surprised

It's a sandwich shop! How do f*ck up a sandwich? I visited this store today, tried to place a very simple order (I thought). Two (2) Giant Size #3 no cheese and two (2) Giant size #16. The staff was totally confused and at one point began preparing six (6) sandwiches on the wrong bread and the arguing between them began. I walked out. My advice - get your food somewhere else. I will not be back.

This specific location was super fast! We ordered the chicken bacon ranch with spicy mayo instead of ranch, and they had it done in less than 5 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed and they were playing some throwback music as well. Good environment and the people were pretty nice too. Good quick stop if you don't feel like cooking and it's in a good location!

So happy Jersey Mike's is in the neighborhood!Both sandwiches we got were on point.Tasted fresh, meat sliced thin, soft bread.. so goodBroadway is turning into a nice food area, Jersey Mike's is my sandwich go-to now!

Went and they had no bread. Don't really understand why a sandwich spot is open with no bread or why they continue to be on all the delivery apps only to refund them and tell the person when they come in. Waste of time when the employees can just close n turn off the delivery apps . There is nothing for you to sell. One of the worst jersey mikes i ever been too. Yelp needs to make 0 stars an option.

Prices are rather expensive. Good Food. Decent Service for a take out. I will return.

Tried Jersey Mike's Subs and was pleasantly surprised. Ordered the Philly cheesesteak sub and it was filled to the brim. The peppers were nice and sweet and the sandwich was actually hot when it arrived. Broadway, as the other reviewer said, is really coming alive with a good variety of food places to choose from. Glad I tried this place.

Usually go to the Broadway location once a week with my buddy We pretty much order the same thing and was alway impressed on the size and quality of our sandwiches Went there a couple weeks ago earlier then normal and ordered the sub club and was so disappointed to watch her make the sub two translucent pieces of cheese and the 4 pieces of shaved meat. I didn't say anything but should haveWrote a comment to corporate office No response other then generated emailResponded again with even more disappointment and a phone call followed Stated the issue and was to provide my address for some apology coupons.Never got them.I have never posted a review or complaint but the constant dropping of the ball I felt had to be sharedLove the product and concept it's a shame inept people mess it all up

I was on the planning committee for an event and was in charge of food. I went in and talked to Geo who helped me figure out what I needed for my event. The sandwiches arrived on time, foot longs cut into thirds and well labeled. The bread was fresh, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Everyone at our event was so pleased with the assortment of subs. The joy factor when up 100% at our event thanks to the great people at Jersey Mike's subs on Broadway in Chicago!! So glad they are in our neighborhood.

Place blows.. constantly closing early.. I wouldn't say anything if it happened once.. but it's like daily.. constantly running out of ingredients.. dudes I'm there look like you insulted their Mom when you try and get a sandwich.. the worst.. wish I could give zero stars
