Let me start by saying that my family and I are HUGE Jersey Mike's fans- so much so that we currently have enough points to get 5 giant subs! We have eaten JMs from the east coast all the way to Hawaii and never had a single issue with any of the stores. I have hesitated to write this review for several reasons. First, it's a newer location and obviously needed time to get it together. Second, I've seen the store manager in action. He's a go-getter and a friendly, hard working man. I didn't want to write a review that might hinder his success. And third, I did write a letter to corporate after my second to last visit because I was just that fed up. But, after ordering again, with yet another mistake, I'm at a loss as to what to do. So, when I order my sandwich, I always ask for "EXTRA EXTRA PICKLES- A LOT OF PICKLES"- exactly like that on the app and because they are SOOOO good. I will post a pic of the "extra" pickles I received. We are talking like 3 slices! That's hardly extra. Then we have the bread issue, which is reoccurring, as well. I order wheat and get white 2 out of every 5 orders on average. My kids order white and get wheat about 1 out of every 5. It's simple stuff that shouldn't be overlooked. We aren't asking for special menu items or special dietary things that aren't an option. These are basic things and overlooking them or doing them incorrectly repeatedly is a problem. I live right across the street from this location. I could walk to it if need be. I want it to be amazing, like all other locations. I realize it gets busy- very, very busy, especially during lunch and dinner. Perhaps they need to hire more employees to work specifically on to-go orders, so that those orders are done correctly and so that people ordering in person also get the employees full attention, as well. This might help avoid constant errors. I write this review, not out of anger, but because I want MY location to be the best and I'm hoping this might spark a fire under the employees to get it together and get it right. I will go back again and again and I'm hoping for better results. I know they are capable of doing that. I will be delighted to update, once these issues have been permanently resolved. It is pretty rare I walk out of a restaurant but this jersey mike's has rudeness down to a science. I do enjoy Jersey mike's other locations but this one I will drive past in the future and will not return to.

What can I say? I think Jersey Mike's is the best sub chain in the USA. This one in Chandler is another winner serving me up a luscious, Philly cheese steak sub washed down with my new favorite Stubborn cherry taragon soda. Staff was really on point and I was on my way with a fresh, hot lunch in under 10 minutes.

I've been here plenty of times and the food is usually fine. The main thing I notice whenever I come here is that the place is dirty. It's like they don't do regular cleaning here which is super gross in my opinion. Today when I arrived, it was empty, no other customer was in there. The employees were all chillin in the back instead of cleaning. Haven't worked in the food industry I noticed several health violations all over the store. Literally the only reason I decided to continue the order is I had my girlfriend with me and she was already hangry and she would've been annoyed even further if I told her we were going elsewhere for food. I ordered and within 5 seconds of saying which bread I wanted, I noticed the guy using the wrong bread so I corrected him, which is fine I was just surprised at how quickly he forgot. Most of these employees look like high school stoners so I'm not too surprised. He used the same dirty gloves that he had to grab the pen and write out the order and ring up another customer on the computer screen. The amount of food and mess all over the store was seriously concerning. The various knives they used all looked dirty like it was the same knife from the morning shift. Keep in mind, it's only 2 pm.. The manager and owner seriously needs to crack down on these kids to keep the store tidy.I won't be coming back here anymore, it's not worth it in my opinion. I love jersey mikes but I've given this place too many chances and it seems to get dirtier each week. If you're a grimey human, you probably won't care about how messy and dirty it is here, but if you do care about that stuff then you shouldn't eat here until they learn to clean it up and make these high schoolers do the food handling course again!!

I rarely go to this location as I have always had a subpar experience. Today I went early. The kid who was responsible for my steak sub did not cook the steak properly. It was very cold, and the cheese was far from melted. This could give someone food poisoning. I had to heat in the microwave for over 2 minutes to ensure it would be safe to eat.Also, that same kid who cannot make a sub also yelled the "F" word while I was in the store. I was the only customer in the place at the time, but did not find it professional or appropriate. I will drive the extra 15-30 minutes to a much safer and more professional location. Almost 20 dollars to risk getting food poisoning and to hear the "F" word used loudly while I waited.... NO THANK YOU!!

Ordered my food online. I went into the store at the time they said it would be ready. It was not there, but there was a wadded up receipt with my name on the pickup shelf. I asked about the order, but the young lady who replied could not be heard over the crowded store. I asked her the repeat twice. Finally a woman working on the line came and yelled at me that my sandwiches weren't ready. It would take another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, she placed the order on the pickup shelf. Neither sandwich was what I had ordered. I won't return again
