You can get a good vibe on a place when you go in near closing. Lorien, Kayla, and Adriana were absolutely outstanding in providing the best customer service while ordering my sub. The service was quick, the were very pleasant. Adriana was exceptionally sweet and attentive when taking my order. Thank you look forward to returning!

Well it's not quite Fire House but it stands up as one of the best sandwich shops that I've been to in the last month and I have been shopping them all restaurant was clean compact very friendly feel valued like they wanted me in their store soon as I walked in the hollow was made never been in there so they made it very comfortable on the process and what we needed the manager was outstanding with customer service as he should be don't know how they would handle high-volume lunch hour peaks but maybe that's not the type of store they are overall highly satisfied

I'm baffled at how simple written instructions cannot be followed. Ordered online typed in the order. Pick it up and get home and it's wrong. Spend 20 minutes trying to call the store and they don't answer. That's pretty terrible service! Ordered no cheese on my daughters and it comes warm WITH cheese, so now it's melted onto the bread. Ordered a club with light Mayo and light mustard with pickles. It comes DRIPPING in Mayo and mustard and NO pickles AND they apparently forgot to put the bacon on my sandwich. How does that even happen!? You can't even get ahold of anyone to let them know because they refuse to answer the phone. UNBELIEVABLE! We won't be eating from here anymore.

The food is always fresh and the service great. I love the turkey sandwich here! The atmosphere is clean and smells like fresh bread.

Bryan is by far the best employee I have ever came across.The most upbeat happy personality, so Caring, enjoys small talk, and kept my kids happy and entertained while I was ordering my food. This man deserves all the praise and a raise!

This branch is new so they are still working on getting the hang of an efficient line. But! The crew here is awesome! They really put their heart into making the sandwiches. I am happy that they finally opened a location here since we used to drive all the way to Goodyear to get our Jersey Mike's fix!

I had a great experience the staff here is great they receive u with a smile and their all full of energy and very polite felt very welcoming and one employee even checked in with us at our table to anything with a good attitude and just good vibes keep up the good work

I've been to several places and I always get the #13, it's the best one on the menu. My friends like it also, I just remembered that I had an order delivered when we were getting settled into our new place and didn't want to cook. I've never been inside the restaurant since I've been here, but if the food is good with delivery it's got to be good with employees that care inside.

Staff not friendly. When walking to the store, one worker was coming from Cafe Rio talking. I go in and I'm the only customer there. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGES ME! Finally the young man behind the counter tells a young lady can you fix her order. I order a mini and she says on white or wheat, I say white. She grabs wheat and I tell her that looks like wheat. Then she proceeds to say we are out of bread. Mind you, it is 7:15pm and they close at 9pm. This is unacceptable. Told her I didn't want it and walked out. Whole store needs to be properly trained on customer service and how to properly prepare for the day.

Ordered 2 giant subs, one was great, the other hadvrock hard stale bread, even though they were both the same flavor. Showed the girl how hard it was and she agreed. She told the manager, i waited 20 minutes and never heard from him. He was actually on the phone on a personal call when i decided to ask him what was being done to help me. He lied and said i was offered a replacement and that i had refused. He offered me a replacement and a refund, which i turned down, since at that point, he became very aggressive and i just wanted to get my friend out of there, since she was upset. Tina Nelson should speak to this manager about customer service, and cleaning the dirty tables in the store. Will definitely be telling my veterans post, not to visit this horrible franchise.
