I called ahead to place the order, when I got there sign on the door says you won't be let in if you don't have on a mask. Very spacious inside where you pick up the food. My order was ready as soon as I got there which I really appreciated because I only ordered it 15 mins before. My Roti was everything, the chicken inside was so tender.. I will for sure make this my go to spot for Roti.. the brown stew chicken wasn't bad but they definitely put too much sauce on the rice so it drowned the taste out. But that chicken was also really good. The bread is the usual coco bread so no drama there. I would go back there and try new items for sure. But as for my Roti I'm looking no further!!! This is my place..

I am usually a fan or Jerk Palace; unfortunately, my recent experience has changed that. During my most recent visit, I ordered the jerk chicken salad and a 1/4 jerk chicken. The 1/4 of chicken was superb; on the other hand, the jerk chicken salad was absolutely deplorable. The chicken was dry, dark, and discolored. It appeared to be old. The chicken was not moist and was rancid.I didn't thoroughly check the containers when the cashier briefly opened the food to show me; however, once I moved the chicken to partake in my meal, I noticed the problems at hand.Upon unearthing my catastrophic find, I called the restaurant. The manager, Mrs. Nikki, let me know flippantly that she made the chicken and that it could not possibly be bad. I assured her that I would not fabricate such a take and even offered to bring her back her inedible chicken so that she could attest to what I describing. Instead, she berated me about the quality of her food and would not consider the hazard that consuming her desert dry chicken would cause. I tried to get Mrs. Nikki to understand that as a patron, I would like the following: 1.) my food be edible 2.) to receive respect when I have concerns regarding my food & 3.) to not waste my hard-earned money as a consumer. The incident has definitely left a foul taste in my mouth. The food I received was subpar and the manager's attitude was just as dry as the chicken!Pictures have been included to showcase Mrs. Nikki's "freshly cooked chicken." Eat at your own risk!

Because o work in the area my coworkers & I eat here all the time' excellent customer service each a man d every time and there are never any errors in our orders once they are picked up. Fan favorite items are the curry goat, jerk chicken, curry chicken and the spinach & cheese patties. Honestly, everything is pretty good and their lunch servings are affordable and filling if you're wanting to try them out. They've also opened up their dining seating if you'd like to eat inside.

I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant . I have been coming here ever since 2006 , and I've been loyal to this location . For the past few months to a year , there has been new staff that has come in , and they're not personable at all . The food has been over cooked the last 4 or 5 times I've been , and even with me ordering large plates , they are still limiting the amount of meat I receive . And I'm usually ordering chicken , so I'm not sure what's the problem there . I would hate to end my relationship with this place , but food is too expensive to not be served or treated fairly .

I ordered from here off Uber Eats, because I was craving Jamaican and it ticked off my diet restrictions. I'm pescatarian, but they are one of the few places on the southside that offer vegan dishes. And who doesn't love a good vegan dish?!! I tried out their coco bread + veggie patty for snackage and then grabbed the veggie roti, cos I just couldn't pass up a roti. I must say, it was amazing! I couldn't get enough of the roti, I would've eaten the entire thing if I didn't need to save it as a second meal later that day! It could be spicier, just because I like spicy foods, but the blend of curry and how soft the chickpeas and veggies were wrapped in the roti was heaven. The roti was soft and it melted in my mouth. Their veggie patty had me questioning whether it was the veggie patty or not and stuffing it in between my coco bread was the cherry on top. I do regret that I didn't have any ginger beer or coconut water on hand to help wash it down. My first impressions are high and I can't wait to go back for repeats.

Best Jamaican food I tasted since moving to Georgia from NY. The jerk chicken was delicious very flavorful and seasoned to perfection. This review is coming from a original Jamaican I was too hungry to take a picture lol next time.

I can't believe how highly this place has been reviewed and Im sitting her an hour later and the person that I went to this restaurant with saying how we never have to go back and the only reason they are in business is because they can afford the rent in the space where they are located and they have some real Jamaicans working / cooking here. We spent just over $30 on one small curry goat, a small ox tails and a 1/4 jerk chicken (chicken only)The best part of the meal for me was the jerk chicken and the red sauce that she gave me to go with it. It was very spicy, moist and truly worth the $4.99 I'd paid for it. For $13, I received a grand total of FOUR ox tails and enough rice to feed 3 people. Very tasteless rice at that. I NEVER season my food with salt once its prepared and I had to add salt to this to even eat the amount I did. My dining companion had the curry goat and he said that he felt like it was barley instead of rice. He didn't have anything negative to say about the curry goat, and ate the entire portion that he received, but again, he and I both wonder what was really going on with the rice. We had the rice and peas and there wasn't five peas in the two of our plates. The cabbage carrot mixture was an over steamed mess of vegetables and neither of us completed the small portion we received. The cashier was very harsh in her tone to us and everyone else. The only person she seems to pay any special attention to was a little boy that came in with his mom. The mom hung out for about ten minutes talking to another lady that was working there so maybe shes more familiar with the little boy than she cares about speaking to paying customers in a kind tone. While sitting there one lady got her plate and when she saw the vegetables, she said she didnt want the vegetables and wanted white rice, the lady who was talking to the mom with the little boy asked her if she told the harsh toned lady of her menu selections, the lady admitted that she hadn't and that it was her first time there and she didnt know she needed to, there was no offer to replace what she had or correct the order in any mannerPersonally between the attitude of the ladies working the counter and the disappointing food, there's no reason Id ever have to come back here, never mind the fact its at least 20-25 mins from my house, Atlanta has much better Jamaican dining options than this

I was a regular at the Jerk Palace in Union City before we moved so I told my wife to try the one in Riverdale as she was in that area. She got it to go and I wish she would have left it there. The other location has some of the best Vegan Caribbean I have ever had; this location's food was a mess all the way around. The tofu was dry and bland. My wife asked for extra gravy and there was literally no gravy. The plantains, rice and peas, and cabbage were all extra dry with absolutely no seasoning or flavor. My wife said her Ox tails were not as good as the other location either. This was a mess of a meal all the way around.

Those is the worst Jamaican food I've had in my entire life. This food was not good at all. I got the jerk wings and a beef patty. The jerk wings were actually terrible. They didn't have any jerk flavor at all, the chicken was cold and soggy like it had been sitting out for days. They taste like they were just thrown on a grill with no type of seasoning. They give you this jerk BBQ sauce I guess to cover the horrible taste of the wings, but that didn't help at all. The beef patty was hard and barely had any filling. Won't be coming back here and wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.
