Had the best time at this restaurant. This is the perfect spot for an intimate date night. You don't have to worry about leaving hungry. The tasting menu is absolutely incredible. It's the food version of a 2000s emo karaoke night - banger after banger. Although the dessert leaves a bit to be desired. I know Korean culture likes non-sweet desserts, but they were a little too neutral-tasting for me!

Lighting in the restaurant was sufficient when the sun was out but ended up being a little moody at night. Staff was attentive and ensured the table was cleared and water was filled. Pronunciation of the dish names could use some work though. Every dish had many elements of flavors and textures to be excited about, exploring the boundaries of what Korean fusion could be. The timing of the courses was a little slow and could have shortened but thankfully the staff/owner came by to chat and ensure everything was okay. The desserts were amazing and so unique. We even got to sample one still in development and let's just say we must come back for the updated menu next season.

Jeong was a very unique and elevated take on Korean food. I really enjoyed the tartare, the yogurt buckwheat dessert, and their Australian wagyu. The service was also wonderful. I celebrated my birthday here and they treated me to a special dessert for my birthday. Definitely recommend this place as one of the only Asian restaurants on the Michelin guide that weren't omakase.

Very unique and thoughtful tasting menu with a play on some classic Korean dishes. My favorites were the mussels as well as the salmon with crispy rice pearls. The cocktails were also super innovative I love when they tie in elements that usually aren't seen in cocktails. I got the gochujang and roasted barley I'm not sure that I'd come here again, but it was a great experience to try once!

A special tasting menu with a focus on Korean flavors. Really worth a try!My favorites were the mussels, seared scallop, and wagyu. The mussel was served cold, and the yuzu kosho added citrusy notes to the dish, opening our appetite for the rest of the courses. The seared scallop was done so well, very memorable. The wagyu was so fatty in the best way, and the cabbage served with it helped combat the rich flavors--loved it!The dessert is listed as 'hi-chew,' and I was under the impression that they were going to serve a Hi-Chew candy, but it was actually sorbet with Hi-Chew flavors. Yummy!

I loved the inside of the restaurant, it was very enticing and beautiful. Service was on point. They were very perceptive on each table's needs. As for the tasting, I liked the Korean influence since there aren't many tasting menus in the city with the same ingredients and flavor. I gave 4/5 because I left still hungry so maybe some of the portion sizes need to be a smidge bigger.

It was a fantastic meal. I loved all the seafood dishes in the beginning--especially the scallop. My bf liked the skate fish and tartare more. You can tell a lot of detail and attention went into these dishes. We were pleasantly surprised by how tasty our drinks were. (Non alcoholic drinks are easier but to incorporate gochujang into a delicious alcoholic drink was probably a lot harder.) They had so many options for drinks. It's a very chill environment. Everyone is in a small intimate group celebrating a birthday or special occasion when we went. We'll definitely come back again.

A fantastic date spot with a beautiful interior and helpful staff delivering elevated contemporary Korean food. They have a great tasting menu with a wine pairing if you'd like or you can try some of their delicious cocktails. Each dish is well balance with acid, sweet, fat, and the depth of flavor that makes each dish outstanding. It's hard to pick favorites but the scallop and skate stood a little bit above the rest. This is a must try menu.

Took my boyfriend here for his birthday and we both quickly fell in love with the positive energy of the staff! This coupled with the amazing set menu left us amazed that we haven't tried this restaurant sooner. Their scallop was probably one of the best I've ever had, was tempted to lick the sauce off the plate. jeong has left quite the impression, the ambiance, service, and food easily meets the standards of a Michelin star restaurant. We'll be back!

Came here to celebrate a friend's birthday. They do provide different menus celebrating different events/ milestone- a plus! Interior of the dining room was gorgeous. We did the tasting menu. All the courses were delicious and an interesting take on traditional korean flavors and ingredients. The only course I didn't care for was the Skate and Bibimbap. The lychee black tea was delicious. Staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. Overall it was a great first time experience- my friend even got a birthday treat to take home afterwards.I really really wanted to like this place. So it's ashamed that I'm only rating three stars. This is the first time I've had a tasting menu where I left hungry. We spent a total of ~300 dollars, including drinks and tip, just to order McDonald's afterward. I feel like if you're spending that much on a meal- you shouldn't leave hungry. For the record, I'm 105 lbs and it doesn't take much to fill me up. One could argue that we're also paying for the experience, ambiance or whatever. If that's the case then it's not an experience I would like to have again.
