Jennyfer's Taco Truck

After living in Ballard for years, I finally decided to try Jennyfer's Taco Truck. We tried the Lengua and Pork tacos and they were delicious! I cannot believe we didn't stop by sooner. Next time we'll try some of the other proteins and one of the tortas!

I've driven past this taco truck a number of times after moving to Ballard and decided to finally give it a try. Figuring out the menu took a minute, but the food is as authentic and flavorful as the best street tacos I've had in border cities in southern Texas and Arizona. I ordered two plates of street tacos- carne asada and pork, both were delicious. The sauce that came on the side was very rich and spicy and complimented the tacos perfectly. I can't wait to come back and try a different dish. While they are less busy during COVID, be sure to stop by and try out this authentic street food experience!

I haven't had street tacos this good since leaving California. Everything was so beautifully simplistic in the way street tacos should be. Hands down the best tacos in Seattle. This will definitely be a staple for our family moving forward. Note, they are cash only so make sure you come prepared!

These tacos were bomb! I haven't had tacos of this quality since living in San Diego. Definitely recommend.

One of my favorite taco trucks! Fair funny priced and the Asada is on point with no fatty filler, no chewy bites. Quesadilla and tacos asada will make it hard to go back to work. Great truck miss the old location.

Had high hopes after reading the reviews, but we got asada tacos and an asada burrito and both were not very good.The burrito was just meat, rice, and some cheap flavorless iceberg lettuce, which would honestly be fine if the meat were real good, but it wasn't.

Where to begin?I am pretty sure that they grilled the meat after I ordered which I have never experienced at a taco truck. Most trucks in Los Angeles grill a big batch of carne on the plancha and serve as ordered. Maybe it's because covid has slowed their business but you can definitely taste that they are not rushing anything! The tortillas were homemade and fresh tasting. I loved their flavor, and they were extremely pliable. Beautiful job!The habanero salsa was incredible. They didn't ask yet served with cilantro, onion, radish, salsa & lime. Thank you crew.I personally loved the lengua. Fatty and tender. The asada was also fantastic. I wish they had the full menu of meats in Spanish. Overall, you could taste the love in the tacos. I will be back very soon. Maybe tomorrow?

The food is okay however, the staff is very rude to the less fortunate and or drug addicts that are willing to pay for their food. I think it's unacceptable and we will not be going there anymore.

I have been here about 5 times now and I have noticed that it can take around 25-30 minutes for them to make an order of 4 tacos, which is absolutely absurd! While the food is amazing, I would definitely advise people to order by phone.

Delicious hearty burritos. Tacos. Quick friendly service.This is a great lunch spot in a business area that's short on walking distance food. I've worked nearby for a few years and come here a few times a month. The food is consistently good.
