Great atmosphere. Great building. Great story behind the restaurant. Great service. And, best of all, great food.The breakfast menu is all that you can and should expect for a restaurant that serves breakfast all day. Food is delicious and the serving sizes are generous for what they charge.Service is excellent and friendly.Biscuits and gravy, bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, it doesn't get any more basic nor any more good than the way JD Campbell's dishes it up.I moved to the area last year and had been driving by often always saying I need to pull over and check it out. Now I wish I had do so sooner.Looking for some great comfort food in a fun unique building served by a friendly and welcoming staff? . . . this is your place!

Your Neighborhood Restaurant and Watering Hole, JD Campbell's, located at 9098 W Pinnacle Peak Rd, Peoria, AZ 85383, is just that! This local spot reminds me of our home back in Stokesdale, North Carolina. Scratch-made comfort food favorites ranging from Smoked Brisket, Chicken Pot Pie, lox bagels and avocado toast to a Ranchhand Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, and the amazing looking French Toast! I'm ordering that French Toast as soon as I can! Hubs was craving a burger so we tried this spot for lunch. The burgers are excellent here: large fresh patties on a brioche bun with red onion, tomato, roasted poblano and cheese. There are booths, tables, and high tables nestled into nooks and under decorated garden windows, with a bar near the back of the restaurant. Stairs in the middle of the restaurant lead up to JD. Campbell Real Estate Company. There's a nice front porch patio surrounded by cooling vines and trees, and a side patio for plenty of seating. It's cool to see a place with a hitching post. I felt like I had escaped into a rural southwestern country cafe for a few hours. Hubs says he's adding roasted poblanos to his burgers at home now.

I went there for breakfast yesterday 5/5 for the first time and I'm so glad I did. I cannot wait to go back, they make you feel like family there and everyone from the hostess to busser's were so friendly. I got a small order of French Toast and side of biscuits and gravy and it was all so freaking delicious. Next time I get out of the city and go up and see my son and daughter-in-law I'll be taking them there but this time I want to try their lunch/dinner menu.

Great little restaurant in the West Valley not far from 4 Corners.Summer our Server was fantastic, grew up in the area as a young adult knew a lot about this location when it was a gas station, ice cream parlor and general store. She was very friendly, attentive and extremely helpful with the menu and suggestions.Only open for Breakfast and Lunch, full bar, nice clean and a lot of seating inside and on patio.Burgers are fantastic.Great

We visited this charming diner and were captivated by its cozy, country-themed ambiance. The wooden structure and homemade-style food added to the inviting atmosphere.The cuisine was both high-quality and reasonably priced. My choice was the breakfast platter with added eggs, featuring delicious, fluffy pancakes. Everyone else at the table also seemed pleased with their meals.While our server was sweet, she was not the most attentive and made a few errors with our orders. Fortunately, when we pointed them out, she promptly corrected them and maintained a pleasant demeanor throughout our visit.In conclusion, it's a fantastic breakfast spot, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it if you find yourself in the area!

First time here and I'm so happy that we tried it. We sat on the patio and enjoyed a beautiful AZ spring morning. To start I ordered a cup of the mushroom soup that they were offering as a lunch special and it was the best I've ever had. Seriously, the best. I could have licked my bowl clean. Then I had an equally stellar Reuben with a side of onion rings. Phenomenal. My husband ordered a burger with fries and an order of wings and he also loved them. We will be back and back and back.

I had a delightful breakfast at Campbell's Restaurant this morning (French toast). The food was absolutely amazing, and the portion sizes were very generous for the price. Even sitting outside in 100+ morning temps (great job with the misters and umbrellas), it was a fantastic experience. Quite possibly the best breakfast I've had in years. Breakfast potatoes War nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly! Green chile pork omelet was delightful and the biscuits and gravy were spot on! We have a new go-to spot!!
