Jazzy Z's Cajun Cuisine

They catered lunch for my company today and the food was fantastic!! We all hope they come back again!

My husband and I found their location in Tempe and we were excited to give it a try! Tried their Gumbo and I had this moment, where my eyes just about rolled into the back of my head! It was OFF THE CHART delicious! I highly recommend their food and NOW try out their new standing location, in Phoenix. He's classically Cordon Bleu trained, he creates his own meats and spices. It's literally a visit to New Orleans without leaving Phoenix.

I have enjoyed Jazzy Z's andouille sausage for a long while, and have been anxiously awaiting the cloud restaurant to open. We had the blackened catfish and red beans and rice. The flavors instantly transported me back to my days in New Orleans, eating at the finest restaurants there. This is a photo of my husband, Howard Fischer, with our meal to go at their grand opening. Next to him is Toni Grimes, Event Coordinator, and Chef Michael, Cordon Bleu trained owner. Fantastic food at very affordable prices!

Take a trip down New Orleans lane and savor Cajun red beans, rice, shrimp gumbo, tasty Cajun catfish, budan balls all wrapped with savory homemade dipping sauces. The food just melts in your mouth!

This was delicious!! I ordered the Chicken and Andouille Sausage PoBoy and it was so good. The flavor was excellent... all the ingredients paired together perfectly! I also tried my friend's catfish PoBoy and it was amazing! Perfectly crispy and the fish melted in your mouth in just the right way. Would totally recommend trying the food. The gumbo french fries looked amazing too but I cant have shrimp.

So I did order from the cloud kitchen some time ago. And I just think you all should consider this feed back. I group ordered with a friend but I purchased a large gumbo as my entire meal. It was an extremely small container for what I paid. Seemed to be about 1 cup of rice and a quarter cup gumbo. Not enough sauce for the rice either becauce by the time i got about halfway into it i was just eating plain rice. I was extremely let down by this. Even more so bc I had such a good experience the first time at the truck. The second time I came to the truck my gumbo fries were given to me in an open tray inside a plastic bag. The sauce had spilled all out in the bag and made for a pretty messy experience trying to get the food out the bag without it covering my hands and desk. Unfortunately due to that combined with my last experience I don't think I will be going with Jazzy Zs the next time. Hope you all can take the feedback and run with it

The shrimp po boy sandwich was HUGE and filled with a ton of shrimp. And the shrimp were not dry or overcooked. The lady and gentleman running the truck were very nice...all smiles and helpful. Those of us waiting in line were offered a sample of stuffed cornbread, and it was so good I hope they add it to the menu. Highly recommend!

wow just wow... this place is AMAZING and has the best shrimp Poe boy I've ever had! I am always excited when they are at the shop!
