Jay, and Jay's Chicago... is simply top notch. Food is great, service is great, zero complaints. As a gal who lived in Chicago for 9 years I miss a good Chicago dog or Polish or Italian Beef once in a while. Not only does Jay deliver awesome Chicago food but he is just the kindest person and I can literally taste his love of Chicago in it!We have hired him a few times for work events, and will continue to do so because they rock. This past week they were running a few minutes late, because they got a flat on one of the food truck tires. Didn't stop him from arriving in plenty of time to make lots of employees happy with full bellies. Thanks Jay!

Oh baby that Italian beef! I have searched the tri county area for 2 years looking for an authentic Italian beef and finally found it.The beef is seasoned perfectly, sliced super thin, packed on a soft, yet substantial, hoagie roll and topped with giardinera. Make sure you get cheese! It holds the bottom of the bread together nicely. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I just wish they came with an option for that nuclear cheese sauce that is so artificially, disgustingly delicious. For some reason, real shredded cheese just didn't do it for me on the cheese fries. Jay was a really nice guy and served the food up quick despite being abandoned by his helper. Well done, Jay! Can't wait to come back!

Had an Italian beef while at the Franklin Farmer's Market today. It was OUTSTANDING. My mom doesn't like spicy food and she still ate it because it tasted so good (it wasn't that spicy she's just a wimp). I've been to Chicago a few times but am not a local so don't have a ton of xp to compare it to, but I'm willing to bet this is the real deal. I've been thinking about it ever since I finished it. I have to go back and eat it ASAP. So good!

Not bad bratwurst, I got mustard and a pickle on it since they don't have sauerkraut. Idk if Chicago folks use sauerkraut or not but I do. The fries were cooked well and the chipotle aioli was very good. Would eat again.

WOOWWW I stopped by this food truck at work and Man am I glad I did. I got the hot dog and the Italian beef sandwich. Both were bursting with flavor. The hot dog with its toppings were juicy. The beef sandwich came with this spicy olive oil veggie mix and it was such a good combination of hot, spicy, umami flavor. It was crazy good. I would post a picture but I ate it too fast. Whoops.

If I didn't know better, I'd think I was in Chicago. It was perfect. If you don't like this, you don't like authentic Italian Beef.

Pretty authentic--Jay is definitely from Chicago, and the Italian beef sandwich is just like what you get at the joints in 312. Good Chicago-style hot dogs too, done correctly with neon relish and poppy-seed buns.
