Jasper's

Overall I'd describe Jaspers as a decent casual establishment with full bar, fun drinks and plenty of options for any palate. The prices are on the higher side for average food but you're also in Nashville close to downtown so it has the tourist trap market. I was there with a bachelorette party and the service was pretty good. The worst of the night was the bride's food took forever to come out. Everyone was basically done eating by the time they brought her food out. To make up for it, they just gave her a free dessert, that she didn't want. I had a massive platter of steak nachos. The nachos themselves were good but the steak was unevenly cooked. The rest of the party was fairly pleased with their meals. I would return but order something different; however given all the other options in the area, I wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Jasper is located in midtown, which is not too crowded compared to the restaurants near my residence. They have plenty of free parking right outside the restaurantThe interiors are very chic, yet like an easy-going casual restaurant with friendly steward. I had some amazing smoky dry rubs wings with my nonalcoholic drink. The Mexican pizza was unusual yet delicious. Loved Jaspers, it's a great place to hang out over food and drinks.

We came here as a convenient spot to grab food with some friends. The menu was large and accommodated everyone's various food preferences. The cauliflower poppers were massive-the appetizer is really like a meal and a half! They weren't too greasy, which I like, and the Sunflower hummus & roasted red pepper dips it came with were very good.I got the Grilled Chicken Sandwich for my meal. It came with pineapple, arugula, onion, & garlic aioli on a pretzel bun. Overall it was okay; the chicken is super generic, so relatively flavorless, but the other items on there helped. For my side I got the Bang Bang Brussels, which were charred as they should be. I'd get those again, but probably not the sandwich.Service was friendly and food came out pretty quick. Inside is larger than it looks, with a nice looking bar area, too. Plus a gift shop? I didn't check that out, so I can't speak to it. But it definitely had more than restaurant-branded shirts and hats...

Went with a group of 9 students with varying tastes. Started with the buffalo chicken dip(delish), the cuevo with pork rinds and tortilla chips; this was my first time having pork rinds and they were definitely something I could see becoming addictive. Also got the caulipoppers and the 3 sauces were interesting. Loved the red pepper one the most. The pea hummus was a little bland and the whipped feta was tasty. I had the pot sticker salad and really enjoyed it. It was different than any salad I'd had before. Just the right amount of crunch with the nuts and the jicama. Service was good-one of our diners had a patty melt which came out later than the rest, but the chef who brought it out apologized which was very thoughtful of him to do.

Had a quick brunch here on Palm Sunday.Our waitress Grayson was delightful! We had an 11.30am reservation, got there a bit early, and were seated right away. The coffee was good and the mimosa was as well. For $5, we got an average serving in a standard champagne glass. Everyone enjoyed their food. I had the bacon avocado toast which had a very generous serving of "avocado mash" which is basically guacamole. I prefer no red onions in my avocado but it was good nonetheless. The bacon was chopped into little cubes and cooked well. The highlight to me were the cherry tomatoes and the brioche toast! Very very good and unlike anything I'd had before.They even accommodated my friend's request to order potatoes, toast, and scrambled eggs of the kids menu. For four mimosas, two coffee, the aforementioned adult kid meal, and three more entree, the bill came to just about $130, so not too bad.The restaurant was quiet when we got there but got busier by the time we left. It was still quiet and easy to hold a conversation.And they validate parking :-)

My wife and I went visited the restaurant for Nashville Restaurant Week. We ordered the following:Caulipoppers: they were flavorless and the presentation was blah. It look like poo emoji on the plate Old fashion: was good Chicken Sandwich: was good. The flavor was spot on. It could have been a little hotter. The atmosphere was cute and homie. Our server was great. My wife had the vegan lettuce wraps and the veggies were full of oil. That was a no go.

The food here is consistently delicious. We love both the Bam Bam Brussel Sprouts and the Roasted Broccoli for appetizers. The space is very open and good for medium sized to large parties.We have always enjoyed really nice service no matter lunch or dinner.

First night in Nashville and a great spot to enjoy dinner with friends for our Bachelor/Bachelorette party! We wanted somewhere a little more low key near our airbnb. Jasper's was the perfect choice. We made a reservation ahead of time, so we had no problem getting set up at a large table for our group. My only gripe is that you should not get the espresso martini here. They make it funky and it was a cream color and not great. Everything else was awesome though. Food was good and all other drinks were a hit!

Food 4/5 - We stopped here randomly on a whim and are glad we did! The food was above average bar food in my opinion. The wings were hot and packed full of flavor, the burger was made to order, and the salad was fresh and tasty. We would definitely come back and try more dishes. Service / Ambiance 5/5 - Meagan K. was the best server! She was so helpful and talkative despite being new to the restaurant and Nashville area. This is one of the most pleasant experiences interacting with staff I've had at a restaurant in a long time. We got our food and drinks within a timely manner. Overall very pleasant experience!
