Jaquin Mexican Grill

I tried this spot while passing through on business. I had the carne asada burrito and my brother had a Machaca burrito. Phenomenal is all I can say. Very authentic Mexican food and their horchata was homemade and fresh. Don't let the area and the lack of parking deter you from this experience. Stop in and show this business some love. They were super friendly and their hot sauces were tasty. The ambience was fair. Happy eating fam!

The carne asada to fry ratio is always on point. I wish the Carne taco would have been in a different container. The parking lot is pretty small but it's worth it if you can find a spot to park. All the employees I have encountered have always been great.

Ok, haven't eaten here in a year or so, dealing with Covid and price increases. I thought I would give them a try because I wanted some Nachos and I didn't want to drive all over town (gas prices). To begin with the Nachos cost $14.99 and the use to be $1 Tacos are now $2. This was a take out order and the wait was not very long. Unfortunately the Nachos were awful, everything was melted together into a heap of mushy cheese, beef, beans, guacamole, sour cream all on top of soft soggy chips. This pick up order was discouraging and it will be a long long long time before a visit them again if ever.2022(32)

This spot is literally up the street within walking distance from where I live. If I'm too lazy to drive out to eat somewhere, this is where I'll usually grab a quick bite. They've done some remodeling recently, added new lights & signage. Food itself is mediocre. I have other taco shops that I'd prefer to go to rather than here, but this spot gets the job done. My in-law's have hired them for catering for many parties. The catering itself is 5/5 stars. Great food, fresh, professional, good for huge parties! They usually have multiple employees working the parties & are super quick & can handle the volume of ppl. As for the food, I wouldn't get the CA burrito. The first & last time I got it sucked! I've never seen a burrito so skimpy & small before, it didn't taste too good neither. Some of the items I do recommend are: Papaya licuado Cubana torta Fries (just by itself. Big portion, fresh, & less than $3) Ham breakfast burrito w/ added beans Those are my usual go-tos. Keep in mind they give you only 2 hot sauces per item. Any additional hot sauces are 25 cents each. The hot sauces are pretty small. I usually request 4-6 more on top of the 2 they give me.

First time here.Carne asada fries - it was good but nothing that made it stand out as super bomb Fish taco - the fish itself was delicious but the tortilla was soggy & toppings did not pair well. I took it off3 rolled tacos - super soggy and very little meat

No lie this is hands down the best around my area with a wide selection for your taste buds Along with a individual veggie menu as a vegetarian this is my favorite Mexican restaurant

Food is pretty good. Pricy but I don't blame it considering Inflation. The location is on the corner so it's a little bit tough to get into the parking lot but once you're in it's not a bad spot

This Taco Shop has the worst customer service!! They always have an attitude and rude!! My daughter enjoys the food. I do not eat from here!! And never will I eat from here and/ or select them to cater a venue. Of all the Taco Shops in California I dread going here for my Daughter!! Her order was incorrect and I informed them. They did not take accountability for this incorrect order. I walked out... In the past I've witnessed them not taking accountability for incorrect orders!! I also observed the quality of treatment and interaction with certain individuals!! Well , I'm done giving my review of this Taco Shop!!

They have a item on the menu call "Gold Star Roll Tacos " which are great!!!! In the old days everyone went to Gold Star Taco's located at 43rd/Alpha, so owner son works here now Katrina

We had never tried this place before till today. Such great food! We have been missing out. The Birria Tacos were amazing. My son and husband had the chimichanga and they loved it.
