I was craving a hot dish and had heard of this spot so I decided to try them out. It was easy ordering off of their website and they provide updates via text or email which is convenient. My food was ready earlier than quoted which is a nice surprise. I parked and went inside to grab my food and noticed several other takeout bags at the counter as well as several people dining in. They have a sauce station which is neat so I took soy sauce and sweet & sour packets, as well as sesame seeds and red pepper flakes. I ordered the large spicy teriyaki chicken and it was tasty. Lots of chicken and I liked the sauce. I would like to try their yakisoba noodles as well as dishes with veggies next time. Hope to be back!

The food was disgusting.missing item.noodles smell like a dirty pot.egg rolls filled with mush.noodle bowl with minced meat.really disappointed with quality of meat.the spicy teriyaki sauce was actually jelly that smelled weird and tasted like nothing.this place should be shut down.

Quick and efficient! We always call for a pick up order, we haven't been inside yet. We normally order gyoza and yakisoba chicken which has lots of veggies, very flavorful and pretty much my favorite plate right now from Japan Express.

My family and I have been coming here for years, and are never disappointed! Recently we ordered the steak kabobs and teriyaki chicken. Both were delicious, fresh, and very good quality! The steak was tender, flavorful, and the teriyaki sauce complimented it nicely. The bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms go with the steak very well. The teriyaki chicken (both spicy and regular), was delicious and we also shared some California rolls, which were tasty and great quality. Japan Express is always clean, staff courteous, and prompt to fill our orders. We look forward to our next meal from Japan Express!

Terrible customer service. Ordered my food online to pick up. Showed up a few minutes early told it was almost done. 20 minutes later asked for my food got a snotty reply that they gave my food out to someone else. While I was sitting there in the restaurant. Didn't offer any thing but told me they are working on it.
