Jai Thai is so good! I ordered Thai tea and the Tom Kha pot. The Thai tea was very balanced and tasted great. The Tom Kha came with tons of mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and chicken! I definitely will be coming back! I was sat very quickly. The service was great. The girl server is super sweet and positive! The owner was there as well and she's very kind! Great restaurant and can't wait to come back to try more food!

The foods were terrible: the drunken noodles was soggy, the massanam curry only has 2 pieces of potatoes, the seafood salad has too much vinegar, the pork belly green beans are too salty. The service was extremely slow, even though there was no one in the restaurant except us. The ambiance is gaudy, the lighting is too bright, and the AC must not be working because it felt like 1000° in there. Definitely not coming back.

This place just opened and , boy, are we happy about that! The place has a great location and ample parking. The inside is really clean and bright. Lots of booth seating. The menu is pretty all encompassing. Lots of styles and variations to choose from, no matter your taste. We started with the crab Rangoon appetizer. Really delicious small bites with a nice sauce. My wife had the green curry with chicken (mild spice) which she thought was very tasty. She did think it was a bit above mild in spice level in her tasting opinion. I had to try it to verify. Yeah, maybe a little spicy but not by much for my buds. I went with the drunken noodles with shrimp which was very tasty as well. Lots of shrimp in the dish too. The service was fantastic. The two young ladies working the front were both super friendly and helpful in navigating their big menu. We happened to meet the owner during our visit and learned he is also a Sun City resident. So this is truly a local business. We can't wait to get back to try some other menu items!

We actually discovered this place, because Yelp recommended it as a popular Thai spot near us in my feed. I made sure to bookmark it, and when we went out today for some dental appointments, we decided to stop in for a late lunch. There's a lot of space in this restaurant, with multiple large rooms for seating by table or booth. There's a men's and women's restroom up near the entrance. The service is great. The waitresses are very friendly and checked on us frequently. They have a lunch special menu here which is usually my favorite at a Thai restaurant but today we ordered the dinner portion so that we might have some leftovers. A small rice and vegetable soup was brought to the table when we sat. The kids said they really loved this soup and they thought it was because of nostalgia for a soup that I used to make them when they were sick. We then ordered the fresh rolls with peanut sauce and hoisin sauce to start. For entrées, we ordered tofu drunken noodles with medium spice, chicken Pad Thai with medium spice, and pork yellow curry with mild spice. I tried some of my daughter's Pad Thai and the medium spice was too spicy for me. This is a good sign for people like my husband who enjoy having a broad spice range. I can only imagine what the hottest spice level would taste like. The girls ordered Thai coffee with Boba. I took several sips. Yummy! Just like a dessert with that condensed milk, strong coffee, and jelly Bobas. I love having a casual little Thai place nearby to grab a curry or some noodles. Thanks for recommending this spot, Yelp!

We walked in on a Saturday early evening and ordered drinks. They arrived and we ordered our dinner. What we noticed was the restaurant filled up quickly. I imagine the staff was surprised since they just recently opened. I had the pad thai and it was delicious. My partner had the tom kha soup and it was super good. Food is very good. But to be kind, don't arrive during a rush hour and expect fast service. They are working it out. There is tremendous potential and I can't wait to eat here again...soon.

orOrdered takeout and ended up waiting over 1.5hrs after being told 20 minutes. Wasn't even offered any concessions in the restaurant other than water. Maybe the in restaurant experience is better, but wouldnt recommend takeout. The owner barely apologized and blamed it on the folks answering the phone.

We have had many of Thai food restaurants in our days. This restaurant is by far the best Thai restaurant in the West Valley. We use to go to Line Thai. Then they changed owners which is so much better. The place is clean and very friendly service the prices are the best for the quality and tastiest you can get. I highly recommend them. Thanks Jai Thai for coming to the West Valley Phoenix A.

The atmosphere is like being in an office setting. The waitstaff can't answer questions about the menu. Our food was served within a couple minutes of being ordered - is everything sitting in pans waiting to be dished out? The menu is very confusing - what is included with each dish? Service was terrible! Food was very mediocre. Waitress couldn't figure out how to apply our coupon. Doubt we'll ever go back! But, this place probably won't be around for long. Don't waste your time or money!
