Ended up here because another restaurant had a long wait. It's a nice restaurant and we were seated immediately. We started the meal off with an appetizer of pot stickers which were very good. We ended up getting the Phad Khee Mao, and in my opinion the flavor was a bit off and had a fishy taste to it as if they had used the same pan to cook the noodles as they did fish. Would not return do to this experience.

I was hungry. I wanted Phan Thai. I got some. That is really what it boiled down too. The place was fine. It looked like a Thai restaurant. I doubt anyone went in and didn't understand why they couldn't celebrate Taco Tuesday. It was roomy. They had the windows open, so there was a nice breeze. The prices was so right that Bob Barker would have featured it.

My friends and I stumbled onto this cute Thai eatery when wandering around Fremont. It was a chilly and wet Seattle day and we needed some warm food to fill our bellies! This place was quiet on a late afternoon but still felt cozy. The prices are not bad if you get a lunch special and the portions are quite large.I got the peanut sauce over chicken and it comes with a side of pad Thai and brown rice. I had to take home half of it!I would give 3.5 stars if I could because the food was pretty good but doesn't quite stand out when compared to so many other Thai places in Seattle. The service was fine, no complaints but nothing to rave about.

I came here with my sister last year in the fall on a Monday late afternoon. We both ordered specials that came with sticky rice and papaya salad. I ordered the crying tiger and she ordered the short ribs. Half our plates were covered in lettuce and cabbage as pictured. The steak as you can see is well done and the portion was quite small. The sauce for the steak was very plain and the papaya salad tasted like peanuts and fish sauce; you could taste that it wasn't made pounded in a mortar and pestle as it's supposed to be. The short ribs was more flavorful, but nothing special. I wouldn't recommend going here. Try Kin Len a couple blocks down.

If I'd seen these reviews, I wouldn't have tried Jai Thai, but I have to be honest, I'm so glad I did! Food: Everything I had was delicious. Fresh rolls with tofu were very fresh and overflowing with lettuce; the peanut sauce was especially tasty. Pad Thai with beef was very saucy and the beef was tender. Whole fried tilapia was picture perfect and real good; the flavor combinations were tasty. Everything tasted fresh, and I had no problem confirming what was gluten free. Service: We were warmly greeted (I came with a regular), and from start to finish, I felt like we were well cared for. I thought it was sweet that the owner even brought my friend spring rolls to start, which she always orders! Ambiance: Fine. We sat at a booth near the front so I didn't look around too much. The place got busy on a Sunday afternoon. Parking can be a bit of an issue, but otherwise, I have no complaints. I'm planning to bring my family here to see what they think too!***UPDATE: I brought the family. 4-4.5 all around. Rave reviews on Mieng Plah and Five Friend Fried Rice. Pad Kee Mao was excellent flavor but a little too oily. Pad Thai was too (but honestly, I was okay with it). The dish served in a coconut bowl was beautifully presented. Fantastic flavors. Beautiful presentation. Seated immediately on a Fri eve. Thumbs up to the green tea lemonade cocktail; the rest were meh. Still can't believe this is only a 3.5!

The food is tasty consistently. However they regularly mess up delivery orders, omitting items like steamed rice, and then Postmates refunds you $4. Meanwhile you have curries and no rice. If you have time to visit or pick up yourself I can recommend. Otherwise not a satisfying experience.

I would definitely recommend Jai Thai for dining in. I've had mediocre take out before. But I loved their Phad Thai and Cashew Chicken. Very flavorful. Also crab rangoons are to die for!

Came in for lunch on a Sunday and it was largely empty. It's a big space and has lovely arches. The food is quite good too. We ordered a papaya salad and a basil fried rice which came pretty quickly. The flavors are great and the portions are quite large (but probably normal American sizes). Service is quick and you pay at the counter. We were in and out within 40 minutes.
