The vibe is friendly. I didn't try the food only the coffee it's fresh and tastes good . It's pricey but worth it . The place is trendy .

Friendly service and helpful recommendations. Very inviting, comfortable space offering a variety of seating options with just enough tabletop for your drink and laptop. Food is fresh and offers good variety as well. I'm on vacation and scoping out all the areas, so I'm very happy to come across a coffee shop that offers day drinking options!!! YAY for the espresso martinis!!!

First time going to Jaho. I ordered a hot chai tea and it was delicious! Didn't order pastries but they looked yummy. Definitely will return and get a treat as well. Lol

I love Jaho at 665 Washington. I came to this location, 1651 Washington by accident. It has the same offerings I presume. This location is much smaller but still has a variety of seating options including traditional tables, booth style pubs, counter level seats, and one window seat. It is easier to find a seat here than at the 665 Washington location.I ordered a focaccia sandwich with bacon and eggs. I wanted avocado, but they didn't have any fresh. The sandwich was ok but very skimpy bacon. I spent $10 on a sandwich that had maybe 1.5 pieces of bacon. So, the value for your dollar is below average here.I also ordered a red velvet hot chocolate, which is nothing short of amazing. I travel over 30 minutes just for the red velvet hot chocolate. The service could have been more friendly. No one wants to walk into a cafe to do a couple of hours of work when the service is stale. It cheapens the experience.

First time here and definitely coming back. Ambiance is great for a little study break and outlets are easily accessible! They have a nice selection of teas. And the cashier was kind enough to describe a few of the options to me and offer a few recommendations.

Jaho South end is The island of misfit baristas - it seems to be where all the terrible baristas get exhaled.Your experience here shouldn't depend on the lack of training, mood, or experience of the person that serves you that day. Everyone should be trained to thr same standards.Also - thr place needs a refresh.I like Jaho - I want to love it like I used to but it seems to have been left to wither.

Overpriced mediocre food. I once got 5 biscotti for my team and one coffee and I paid close to $40. I was shocked, especially when the price of the food was not listed near it.

The frozen hot chocolate was really great! Service was super fast and Amanda seemed so nice :) I love the look of the cups and Jaho is a fantastic spot to just hangout in with free WiFi and outlets Super cute place and super great service!

Tried this place when in Boston and I was pleasantly surprised. Amazing Nutella latte and nice quick service. Highly recommended

Julia and Kliton at the Cambridge location were very nice and my coffee was perfect!
