Ambiance: Busy and a bit darker inside. Could be a great spot for a date night. It is not large group friendly . Cleanliness: Very clean and the employees are quick to turn tables. Taste: Everything I have had on the menu has been great. I have noticed that dishes with a combination of meet & veggies tend to be very light on the meat. Service: The staff is friendly and attentive. Overall: This place is a bit on the pricier end and portions are small. It is a bit cramped inside and I would not recommend it for a group larger than 4. In my most recent visit we were sitting so close to the tables next to us that we can hear their entire conversation.

We've always heard great things about Jade Palace so were really excited to finally try it. I ordered pickup on their website which was very easy and my food was ready in 20 minutes on a busy Saturday night. The girl at the front was super organized and friendly so 5 stars for their pickup order process!Unfortunately we were a little let down by the food. It was a little on the pricey side. $6.00 for one New York Egg Roll, although it's much larger than your average egg roll, is still way too much. The protein dishes are much more expensive than some other nice comparable Chinese restaurants in the area by $5-$6 each dish which definitely adds up. The New York Egg Roll and BBQ Pork Fried Rice were pretty good. The Sweet and Sour Chicken and the Orange Chicken were good but not great.Due to the prices and food not living up to the hype, I don't think we'll be back. But, they do have lots of other options on the menu that may have been better.

Not sure how anyone who has ever had good Chinese food gives this less than 5 stars. Especially in Phoenix a town with little to not ethnic diversity and food choices. I'm guessing people who complain about the price are used to something with "Qwik" or "d-lite" in the name. But I'd rather pay for good quality than just pass things off as oily Chinese food.We ordered delivery and not only was it on time but also very warm. The Mongolian Beef is a huge hit as we're the New York egg rolls and the hot and sour soup. Really great NY style Chinese food. Also got the lo mein with shrimp that was surprisingly great. Shrimp are not frozen so that's a solid vote of confidence for this place. I'd gladly return and hope this review helps others on the fence. Not sure how this restaurant has such a low star rating but this is Phoenix after all...

Had this place on my list for quite some time, finally happen to be in the area and gave them a try! I ordered the Eggroll, which was $6 a piece, and I absolutely loved them. Next we ordered the crab won tons, which were $10 for 4, those were good too but overpriced for 4, then we ordered the main dishes, vegitable fried rice, beef lo mein, and the spicy sechwan chicken. All three were pretty decent. I think that the best thing we ate was the Eggroll. Nice place inside too. It was clean and quiet. The staff (AL OF THE STAFF) were AMAZING AND NICE. Great place overall!!

We came early because we were close by. And they took us right in. It was myself, husband, and seven year old. We order spare ribs, chicken and green beans, steak & scallops, and kung po 3 delicacy. Absolutely delicious. Quiet but busy, ambiance was comfortable.

This was our first time and we are a little surprised at the only 3 1/2 star rating however after looking at the reviews, we realize a lot of people were pissed off about carry out orders and hours of operation yet they really didn't have anything bad to say about the food itself. The ambience is quite upscale for a Chinese restaurant. Dim lighting, dark walls, etc. make for a pleasant evening. Service was very good - courteous and efficient. The New York Egg Roll was okay - it tasted only like cabbage and peanut butter and the sweet and sour sauce was way too thin and watery. The Szechwan Chicken was very tender and flavorful however we ordered it extra spicy and it was medium spicy at best. The Mongolian Beef had the classic flavors of soy and garlic that one expects with lots of scallions and onions and very tender slices of beef. The Orange Beef was crunchy and well seasoned however it was a tad too sweet for my taste. The prices however are pretty darn high with only two protein dishes are under $20.We'll probably return although perhaps only for carry out to save on the tip expense.

Jade Palace and I are going to be besties, that's for sure!! This was my first visit - of many - to come in the future! My waiter Tony was an absolute prince , attentive and generous with recommendations and just an all around, nice -to- meet- you personality ...and that dazzling smile !!!!I ordered the Sizzling Beef and Scallops in their special brown sauce. The scallops were HUGE and the strips of beef - melt in your mouth tender. The dish also included water chestnuts and snow peas ... Delicious and the portion was very generous! White rice was served on the side. This dinner , service as well as the food, rates 5 stars. I also loved the fresh red rose and little candle on my table. What a nice touch ! I highly recommend Jade Palace !

Ordered takeout through Yelp. Bella answered the phone and refused to address any concerns, stating that I'd need to go through the app. Mongolian beef was in gristly chunks with raw spots, swimming in a watery, foul smelling sauce. Green beans were not green beans. They were jarlic with a few green beans added in for color. Disgusting.

Jade Palace is the best Chinese food in scottsdale. The Szechuan Garlic Chicken is full of flavor with broccoli, snap lead's, jalapeños and peppers. It's got a kick to it. If you don't like spice order this dish mild. The lettuce wraps were also delicious. The staff is super friendly and the food is very authentic.
