Jade Palace

I like this location better than the Shea location. The people are friendlier. The Shea location acts like they are doing you a favor even if you have reservations. The seats in some of the booths are unsinkable. The food at this location was the same quality but I will travel to this location.

I wish there is a chance to give them more than 5 stars!What a great place! I had my 90th birthday party with close to 50 guests there over the weekend. Not only the plates were very well prepared and tasty, the best of all, the manager was very helpful and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we are satisfied in every each way.The waitress team lead by Sarah was very very pleasant and took care of us. They were all Chinse nationals but none of them had the usual "Chinese restaurants" attitudes. That made the dinner even more enjoyable for every body.We had guest who was vegetarian and the other was gluten intolerance, they made sure both got what they supposed to eat and enjoy!Yes this was a great experience and if I am still around in next ten years, I will make sure book this place for another great birthday party!Thank you for making this events unforgettable in many ways.

I had never been to Jade Palace before so I was excited to give it a try! I grew up in NJ where you can find a lot of great Chinese restaurants. I would say in terms of both ambience and food, Jade Palace is the closest thing to remind me of those back east Chinese restaurants. I went with my daughter who is 10 so she wanted the sweet and sour chicken. It was good, but it was a little bland for my taste - perfect for her though. I preferred the other dish we ordered which was Mongolian beef. The beef was tender, and I loved all the onions. We also ordered chicken fried rice. I would say it was basic fried rice. I would definitely go back to Jade Palace - the service was good. The only thing I can say is the prices are a little high, but I felt like the quality was good. For our 2 dishes, fried rice, one glass of wine, lemonade, and tip - we were at $100.

Bomb.com fried rice is THE best. Always order the specials. Sitting at the bar is fun. Great service!

We are falling in love with Jade Palace. Owner is very welcoming which adds to the appeal. Food is consistently good. Wait staff service has been mostly positive.We happy to make this our regular spot!

We were honored to be invited to a friend's birthday dinner for an 8 course tasting menu. The food was amazing and each course was somehow better than the last. Chef Devlen came out before each plate to explain to us the flavors and how it was crafted. The service was incredible. We really enjoyed the company and the discussion over 3 hours... and of course the lychee martinis! We will absolutely be returning to try more!

$128 for pork lo mein, spicy chicken and orange chicken ???? Yes... that included delivery and white rice ....And It was just ok ... nothing special and not worth $128 - year

The food and service for carry out was excellent. I would love you to add Springfield Cashew Chicken to your menu. Springfield, MO is the birthplace of Springfield style cashew chicken.The chicken is fried nuggets with a brown oyster gravy sauce on it. I'm seeing this style throughout the country, similar to the Buffalo chicken wings.

Taste of food is pretty consistent. Prices have drastically gone up though for the same kind of food and service. The Fried Rice is the best here and a must try for sure. Ambiance is great but wish it could be brighter and give a more positive vibe inside.
