This place has been closed already by owners. Almost 3 weeks already. It's a shame that place was so good and good people.

Let's just say you will keep coming back for more. Everything taste fresh and the best customer service. My go to is their Orange Chicken XXtra Spicy Dinner

Great place I have always ordered from here for years and they never disappoint, great portions and great prices. No other Chinese restaurant in the area compares to be as good

I'm working out of a different office today in Little Village- and looking forward to some good Mexican for lunch- I was disappointed (but not too surprised) to hear that the normal staff her is sick of eating Mexican every day of the week for lunch- so they choose this place- which is only about 2 blocks away. The staff in the office today is busy (and lazy) and calls up a good size order for delivery and is informed that they have recently doubled their delivery charge because, in the words of the woman over the phone: "these PEOPLE around here are too poor to tip properly." We didn't ask why the delivery charge was doubled- nor did we really want her to go out of her way to make a social critique on the fine people of this area- but we ordered anyway but with a quick change: pickup. Food was even below your standard crappy Chinese takeout quality and the price was above that standard level as well. Jade Palace- just want you to know that it is OK to make a business decision to up your delivery charge. Just don't share WHY with anyone else that calls in- for that would not be a wise business decision.

Today is the first time I've tried Jade-I am very pleased! This is a family owned business that has been around for 26 years....and it's no wonder why they have lasted this long. The service is excellent. and the food is great. The lady who served us was named Francis. She was very warm and friendly. I ordered the shrimp and broccoli, which came with a homemade egg roll and fried rice (lunch special). It was a good sized helping and very deli-sh! My brother ordered the season 4 plate, which was VERY tasty!! It had great flavor! But to be honest....the egg rolls were my FAVORITE! These egg rolls were large and crispy and full of flavor....exactly what an egg roll should taste like! I'll definitely go to Jade again...I'm anxious to try a new dish. There have a TON of dishes to choose from.

The food was horrible. Everything was drowned in soy sauce . Food was not fresh, tasted reheated. Heard the food used to be good but now the drop in quality is extremely bad. We could not even finish the food because of the taste and ended up throwing it out.

They burned the rice. The orange chicken was extremely dry with a rubbery inside and the sauce just thrown on a corner of the plate. Hope I don't get sick from this, looks days old and just reheated leftovers.

The Lady taking orders in Very rude never going back. I was the only one inside waiting for my order I was standing up she tells me you have to sit down or leave and come back in 15 minutes. Then 3 minutes later they come out with my food.

I tried so many Chinese food from different Chinese restaurants in different cities before. Jade Palace is the best one. Their food are so delicious, fresh and the prices are acceptable. They always try their best to deliver the food to me as soon as possible too. I suggested all my family members and my friends to order their food. They have the same feedback like me. From now I will order Chinese food from Jade Palace only. Jose Hernandez

This is a great hole-in-the-wall spot with great food, good prices and good sized portions. Their lunch special can not be beat in terms of price taste or portion! They are a 9 where Panda is a solid 4. Panda is just down the street by the way. I always have the beef pepper steak or Mongolian beef. Their orange chicken is also excellent! They are terrific, highly recommend!
