I come here for dimsums and buns. They are amazing. We also tried out the walnut and honey shrimps, which were as expected. The service is fast. The prices are cheap. They also have a cash discount.

I love coming here for dim sum! My parents and I found this place on our last road trip - authentic Cantonese dim sum and dishes. My parents loved the quail but we didn't get it this time as we were just getting dim sum. The staff is very hospitable and friendly, esp if you speak Cantonese, 3 of the servers were chatting with my son and saying happy new years. This is now my go-to place when we're back in Seattle chinatown!

The service here was incredible. I honestly couldn't believe it. My wife and I each ordered a bowl of wonton soup. The server was nice enough to tell us one bowl was enough for two. Also when the guy came out with the wonton soup he was nice enough to spoon some out into a separate bowl for each one of us. I love the people there!

Stopped into this place and was seated quickly. Have extra seating added in the back. Got shumai, shrimp dumplings, pork rolls and many other plates. Was super good!! Prices were good too. Will definitely be back and I recommend this place. There is no wonder they have been in business so long

Been here several times. They have a lot of tables, wait time is generally reasonable, and it's a pretty clean place. They don't have the typical carts, but they have someone come around with a tray of some of the foods. A good amount of selection and can't go wrong with it.

Jade Garden is a spot for dim sum that will satisfy your cravings, especially when you can't get into neighboring Harbor City, which in my humble opinion, is better. However, Jade Garden is a staple of Chinatown-International District and I can see why peeps come here. I've been here a few times, and I really don't have many complaints. In my most recent visit, my colleagues and I came here after wanting to get some dim sum for lunch, but learned that Harbor City was closed the day we visited. Thus, we came to Jade Garden to save the day. For a weekday lunch, the three of us were able to get a table immediately, but the place was busy with other groups. I forgot how big the space is 'til we were led towards the back of the restaurant for a table. The menu offers a lot, like I said, it will satisfy your cravings. There are a bunch of dim sum classics, like shumai, har gow, etc., as well as entrees and Americanized Chinese food. We shared a bunch of items, which is exactly what you should do here. Family style, baby. You order with the QR code on your phone; it's easy-peasy. Overall, food is fine. It's not my first choice for dim sum or Chinese food, but it's good enough. Love the huge menu selection for large groups and the space is accommodating for parties or your colleagues and you.

I've been going here since I was a kid visiting my grandparents for the summer and it's still amazing. They have made some more modern updates where you can scan the QR code and instantly order the food to your table. The service was great as well since they brought the food fast and were checking in. It wasn't too busy early Friday dinner so not too loud. All of the food was hot and fresh and just as I remembered. I was so happy it was just as good as I remembered since it was my husband's first time there. You can get a lot of food for your money here. Great dim sum spot!

Went for dim sum and it was great. Service was very attentive. The sticky rice wrapped in the lotus roll was mushier than usual for me but that would be me being nit picky because it tasted delicious. Everything was great. I LOVE their house tea.

So chaotic you KNOW this place is authentic. It was a crazy cold day so it seemed like a lot of people had the same idea of coming here for cozy comfort food. After getting a seat, the online ordering was easy and while they don't have cart service, they do have people that came around occasionally with dim sum options to order as you see. We got a bunch of my favorites, a chicken congee, and an eggplant dish I haven't had before but was good if you don't mind your food swimming in oceans of oil. Service was what you'd expect (one of the waitresses was SUPER sweet though despite the chaos of the restaurant). Definitely hits the dim sum craving.

April 2024 update: Dim sum here hits as always. Miss the traditional carts since pre covid, but ordering via phone is nice getting every thing out at once. For a Sunday, it wasn't as packed as I was preparing for. We got seated fairly quickly. With tough times, come support this local gem!
