This restaurant has amazing food and a variety of choices for reasonable prices. Great customer service. My coworkers and I will definitely be coming back on our lunch breaks. The General Tsos was amazing

I've ordered food from this place before the one star isn't about the food it's about the customer service. I ordered delivery and received the wrong order I called and they weren't apologetic they blamed it on the delivery guy told me the food would be ready in an hr ( they were busy and asked me to bring back the food I received when I got there to pick up my order they acted as if their mistake was a huge inconvenience for them they were incredibly rude and I'll never order food there again

I often get an intense craving for dim sum. Unfortunately, I live in Bellingham and it is a dim sum desert. There are zero offerings in this needy town. I had occasion to be in Everett and saw the Yelp reviews for Jade Garden. Numerous reviews were good, some were poor. Being desperate I decided to give it a try. There is still no dining-in offered, so I perused the menu, ordered and waited for my takeout . When my order came out, I was a bit surprised. I thought that I might have gone a tad bit overboard when I ordered, but I did not expect an entire large cardboard box filled with containers. I had a very difficult time waiting till I arrived home to dig in.I soon discovered even more surprises. The menu often showed pictures along with descriptions. The BBQ pork buns showed 3 on a plate. I asked for two orders (expecting to receive six pieces total). At home, I opened the container to find eight pieces. Ok, I can handle that. I love steamed spareribs in black been sauce. The picture showed the normal portion in a small ceramic dish. I ordered two orders. When I opened the container there were enough to fill an large cereal bowl. AND, they were rather large pieces of pork (not the usual small chunks of bone with some meat). Ok, now I can REALLY handle that. The surprises continued.... the shui mai was the largest I have ever eaten (40%) larger than normal) and they were suburb! Ditto the steamed jumbo prawns... large and delicious. The steamed sticky rice was flavorful and had more than the normal amount of tidbits in the rice (small pieces of pork, slice of Chinese sausage, etc). Very nice. There were a few things on the down side. The Hong Kong noodles had nothing but noodles. No thin slices of onion, no bean sprouts, no green onions... nothing. Again the picture on the menu was not accurate, but this time there was less, not more :( The noodles tasted ok, but were rather boring and disappointing. I doctored them a bit at home, adding some things. The BBQ pork buns were rather bland and had very little filling. They were OK, but I would not order again. Overall, I was mostly pleased with the food and certainly very surprised by the sui mai and steamed jumbo shrimp. I would drive back to Everett just for those items. I will be returning

We were craving dim sum but didn't want to make the drive over to Edmonds or down to Seattle, so we decided to give Jade Garden (not associated with Jade Garden in Seattle) a try. Similar to the other Yelp reviews, I'm really not sure why this place has such low ratings but I'm glad we listened to our fellow Yelpers! We've recently moved to Everett and finding a good Asian restaurant that isn't Americanized has been rough to say the least...so this is going to be our new go-to spot!!Although there is a limited variety of dim sum options, everything we ordered was delicious. They're currently not doing dine-in, so you can order online or over the phone and just pick it up; we went inside to place our order and only had to wait about 20 minutes. All the dim sum was fresh, had pretty good portions, and were fairly priced! We ordered enough food for 3-4 people for a little over $50 before tip. Review of the essentials - skin on the Har Gow (listed as steamed jumbo prawns) was a bit thicker than I like but still delicious, the shiumai were huge and had great flavor, and the XLB (juicy dumplings) were actually juicy! My favorite dish has to be the Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings, which were gigantic and so delicious!!!Highly highly recommend this place for dim sum or dinner. I can't wait until our next cheat day to order from here again!

Man, I don't know if I can trust you guys anymore. Three stars? Really?!?Just got home from a trip and decided to do take out since I don't have much food in the house. A friend mentioned that she was going to get dim sum tonight, and it got the gears rollin' ...In my area, I only had two places open to pick from when I searched for dumpling. One only had Potstickers, but Jade had all the options. I was reluctant after reading the reviews, but then I read the comments on Jade from the guy who said he's Chinese AND from the San Francisco area, and HE said it was the BEST he's had. So, I went for it.Without exaggeration, the Shui Mai was EASILY the best I've ever had in my life. Probably my favorite of everything I got. The pan fried potstickers are unforgettable. The only place I've ever had any even comparable was at Journey's East up in Tulalip. The pork and peanut dumplings had me a little suspicious at first, but one bite of the perfect filling was all I needed to be convinced. The bok choy buns were fantastic, doughy, not at all greasy, and like little pillows of Heaven on Earth. You all are going to have to trust me and San Fran Man on this one. This is no three star joint. FIVE ENORMOUS STARS, all the way. I'm SO STOKED I found Jade Garden!

Delicious food, good options for Dimsum. I've never been disappointed with what I've ordered. They still don't have dining in option so a lot has been delivered via uber ot pickup. To-go packing is always on point. Best chinese food in Snoco.

Stumbled upon this hole in the wall place to dine-in at first but the ambiance was not very inviting so we decided to do take-out instead. The wait was long but well worth it! Amazing food with great flavor and big portion sizes. Would be back again!!
