I was in awe when I first stepped in to check out this restaurant inside of the Westin hotel. I absolutely fell in love with the decorations and furniture. I love how you have the options to sit outside or inside. The outdoor seating made me feel like I was on a tropical island. It is stunning.They have a fire place to keep you warm in those chiller nights and also provided giant games for you to play if you have any kids. I was surprised with the variety of items they offered on their menu. We ordered a little bit of everything and I wish we had more room in our stomach to try more. Everything from our appetizer to our cider drink was perfection. My chimichuri steak was perfect pink and my son devoured his wagyu burger without leaving a crumb.If you're staying at the Westin or in the area, highly suggest stopping by!

First off this place is beautiful and pretty! We sat outside and the service was so very slow. We had to go inside several times to get any service.We got the blue cheese steak salads and the poke bowl, which were both amazing. The food was 5/5 but the service was 0/1.

my girlfriend and I have had consistently good service at Marriott's Westin hotels so we had high hopes for this restaurant! however, we were let down by Jacy & Dakota's. we were greeted, sat down, and I ordered an iced matcha latte (which is on the menu). when she went behind the bar to make it, she complained to her coworker that she hates making that drink and was disgusted that I wanted to add a shot of espresso to it (she shouldn't judge my preference so loudly) as for the food, it isn't fantastic but it's not bad either. we ordered the breakfast burrito and salmon tartine. our waiter warned me that the tartine was a lot of food (she was right). it had the same guacamole as the burrito plate (not just avocado), it's mustard-seed heavy, and drenched with the achiote aioli. the bread itself was delicious.

Jacy & Dakota's was a beautifully decorated restaurant at my hotel in Downtown Phoenix! Absolutely adored the lounge seating, lighting, and cactuses.We ordered the Brussel Sprouts and Crab Dip - both tasty as we sipped our drinks and enjoyed the lovely weather. The roasted sprouts paired very well with the cheesy crab dip - great balance.My drink had a very light taste - honestly could have been a bit stronger.The service was a bit of an issue. Our waitress took a bit long to place our orders and it felt as if we waited 30 minutes just to receive our drinks. Additionally, the food took a similar amount of time which was disappointing. Drinks are a bit pricey, so be sure to ask for a variety of options if you are looking for something more affordable.I would give Jacy & Dakota's 4/5, however, I believe the service should be reevaluated to ensure all customers feel accommodated, especially in large groups. Overall, a great place to enjoy my final night in AZ!

We visited before going to the Nate Bargatze show. The place was pretty busy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable but they were a little slow and frazzled. We were disappointed because a few of the items we chose ended up being sold out which led to us not getting much food in time to go to our show. I would love to try it again when it's not so busy. They had a delish menu and I didn't get to try the things I wanted to

Incredible food! Depending on the time of day, you can find a chill brunch ambience to a popular nighttime place to hang out. The service was great too. My waitress was always checking in on us.

I had the waffles and fried chicken for brunch and it was the best! I've had this dish in other restaurants, but Jacy & Dakota's was the best! I would come here again and again and again! The staff were nice and attentive. I was seated inside and then moved outside bc the weather was nice and they were very accommodating. Happy with my dining experience overall!

Extremely slow service. There was only one server for a large restaurant. Don't come here for breakfast if you have somewhere to be. The food was good and the prices are a bit steep, but typical for a hotel. We just didn't have an hour and a half for breakfast before meetings.

We came across this place on the Urban Ale Trail and decided to stop back in and have dinner here one night. We sat outside and it took somebody almost 15 min to come and greet us and bring menus. We were just about the get up and go somewhere else to eat. My chicken sandwich was burnt so it unfortunately threw off the whole taste of the sandwich. They took the fries back immediately after putting my plate down saying there wasn't enough in there and they were going to fix that. Once replaced they were the best thing I ate. This place has such promise. The decor outside says fun and inviting but the food doesn't live up to it. Maybe next time I'd just come back for drinks and maybe an appetizer.

Server ignored us because we weren't ready to order food right away. Desserts were store-bought cake.
