This place is brand spanking new! I have generally been there early morning so there are very few people. They check your temperature coming in. Wipes are provided for cleaning up equipment before and after using them. The equipment is generously spaced to allow social distance. Forgot your headphones? No problem. Music is playing throughout. They have free weights as well as Precor. Well equipped locker rooms with built in locks, and showers. Upstairs are exercise rooms as well as an indoor track. Glass walls allow you the view of Wildlight surroundings as it continues to grow. Plenty of parking available and easy access.

First time using this facility. Was extremely clean! Front desk staff was very nice and knowledgeable. Great experience. Could use some more equipment... but 10/10 experience.

Currently here at 5:35 PM on Friday. Website says they should be open until 7 PM. They are closed. This is the day after the hurricane, but there is no bad weather today. Why is the gym closed? Says nothing about this on their website.

This is a wonderful gym. Always has free space, for someone that doesn't like a lot of people and wants a quiet place to work on myself this is the best.

I am very upset. Your hours online are wrong, I don't understand why I can't work out at 6pm on a Wednesday. How am I suspected to use my gym if it's never open?

I love the facility of this Wildlight YMCA branch, but when the time I was terminating my membership due to being busy at work, I really had a BAD experience with their termination process and had a lot of stress seeing continuous charging, thought they only require 30 day notice ( which is acceptable) but never mentioned in the first call that they even want me to visit the branch and fill-up the form before they could start counting the 30 days - everything is online, why they could not perform efficiently that way rather than having customer waste time driving just to sign a form. I asked a lot of times if there's a way to cancel without the need to visit, but during the 2nd call she said I have to visit because I have to sign the form and that's their rule. So then I visited and sign the form, requesting to refund the last month bill. After 2 weeks, have not seen any refund so I called again, and they are about to charge me again??? That is where I really got stressed. The manager I talked to was also very unprofessional and could not decide as a manager in a more logical way and keeps on pointing to their 30 day rule. I allowed the reasonable 30day notice, and got a charge, but the 2nd charge, a refund should be proper, and the 3rd charge - that I will not really allow to happen, that is crazy. I barely do review, but I guess this review would warn members that are planning to terminate and unwanted charges could be avoided.
