YMCA at Baptist North

I really added this class because I couldn't get into the class before it. I chose Boom because I needed to do something and the title was interesting.Talk about a workout. The warmup was a workout but the Tabatta was killer! I really worked muscles that I don't hit with my other exercises.The class was very welcoming and the instructor kept it interesting.

Always so nice and willing to work with whatever situation your in! This location is small and no pool but it hits all your basic needs gym wise.

Messaged the yelp contact and Ms. T returned my call about the summer camp at Summerset Academy. I registered my kids because of all the great information that she has give. me and look forward to meeting her on the first day of camp.

Awesome location with great classes. I've had great experiences with other YMCAs and this one doesn't fail.

Great place with even greater classes. Only downside is that it is very small and no pool.

Great staff, clean facility, an abundance of silver sneakers classes, other programs such as Exercise is Medicine, Diabetes Prevention, and Weight-loss Management. Staff always visible and ready to assist.
