Xtreme Wings

My dad and I only came here because our first option for dinner was a bit of a bust. We ordered to-go because he still has work to do at home, but we've been here for about thirty minutes, and there's food in the window, but none of it has been ours. The servers and the bartender have been so nice, but I wish they wouldn't argue with each other between the bar and the kitchen. The bar area smells like smoke, too, but it might just be another patron. I'm sure they were just having an off night. I hope we get our food soon

Don't know why the bad remarks We always enjoy the food Maybe they need to hire more people (staff) so people don't have to wait at the table to be served. Otherwise it's good for me.food

We enjoy this as a staple. We have had hit or miss service when it's not busy during dinner. I think they slack and forget the people waiting.

I tried out xtreme wings last night ... I absolutely loved it. The cooks sure know how to throw it down ! Everyone's meal was cooked to perfection, just watch out the Hot sauce is HOT. 100% will come back.

I wish I had a photo but I threw it away !!! The wings were wet and soggy ! I ordered GARLIC PARM MILD not garlic with SHREDDED PARM CHEESE. If they need a recipe for garlic parm sauce it is MAYO, vinegar, lemon juice, corn syrup, pepper, garlic powder, shredded parm cheese, grated parm cheese , a little Cajun seasoning if you're a southerner like me. Mix it up and toss the wings !!! THOSE WERE NOT GARLIC PARMESAN WINGS. Would not recommend wing lovers.

I have driven by this location multiple times with peaking interest. Finally took the time to check things out while waiting for the hurricane to go by. I called the number verified they were open and made the trip. Walking in there was 1 table of 4 and about 8 guys around the bar. I took note to the number of TV's and the variety of programming. I was greeted promptly and took a seat near the bar. I enjoyed the prompt service and the cold . Took in one of their specialty dry rub wings. They were cooked well with great flavor little pricey at $13.99 . Decent place overall, would warrant a return visit.

I've been coming to this place for the last few years since it's been opened. It replaced a beloved favorite, Fast Boys which I grew up going too, however will NEVER live up to it. Let's talk about why my family, my softball team, or anyone else from San Mateo little league will not be returning. We begin our meal with our server (who refused to give her name) telling us that the last time we were in the restaurant, our kids left a mess in the "play area" and seemed to be a bit "disappointed" with having to take our table in the first place. They were rude to us the entire time, told us our kids, who were being very well behaved, were "distributing" the loud and obnoxious group of poker players in the restaurant. We let the kids go and play in the "arcade" while sitting directly next to them, and they came to us multiple times demanding that our children were a problem. I finally had enough, and after an hour of waiting for food said "If they had food, maybe they would be a little less loud". They then proceeded to bring TWO ADULTS their food, and left ALL of the kids without food for 35 minutes (we timed it). Which brings us to Taylor..Oh, Taylor.. I have news for you sweetheart, if you don't like kids, or dealing with the public for that matter, find another career. Serving or managing a restaurant is NOT for you and it certainly isn't our fault this is where you are in life. She marched over to our table, threatened to "refuse service" and walked away. At this point, I got very aggravated and told her that she needed to lower her tone and volume when addressing me or my table. She then proceeded to March behind the bar, and let another 20 minutes go by. They clearly were refusing to serve us, without even having the guts to ask us to leave - just let us sit there until we got mad enough to leave? I walked up to the bar and asked my server her name, to which Taylor responded for her saying "we don't have to tell you that". So I proceeded to take out my phone and take a photo :) When 9:30 came around, those of us with children decided it was getting too late to wait for food on a school night. We got up and walked outside, and as we were leaving TWO COPs pulled up. The manager, MISS Taylor called well before we decided to leave claiming that we were causing a scene and letting our kids "destroy" things. They claimed our kids were "throwing" things all over the restaurant, and that's just something I'd NEVER allow, and never happened. I'm sorry, but if our children broke something or genuinely were being being harsh - then have a polite conversation with us, don't fly off the handle and be disrespectful off the jump. She's the entire reason anything escalated, she has zero people skills, or respect. Then, when they realized that the cops wouldn't do anything, the story changed to me taking unapproved photos of her (Sorry sweetie, this isn't illegal or else paparazzi's wouldn't have a job) and insisted I pay for my drink (a water LOL). Long story short, even though they have a play area...this place is NOT kid friendly. Just another trashy hole in the wall that's bound to fail with attitudes like that. I did not pay for a single thing, and you shouldn't give them your business either.

I had a horrible first time experience with my family tonight. Part Time Taylor first lost my order when it was placed before 9 other patrons. After waiting and waiting and waiting, I was told that my food would now be out after everyone that ordered after us. We waited an additional 20 mins (A promise of 15) and the order was all kinds of incorrect. I had a simple question about my Club bread and the answer turned in to how Taylor doesn't own the restaurant. She then told me that she was trying to accommodate me and got mad and told the other Taylor to finish with us. The first Taylor was very rude, she was very unprofessional and should be fired. I don't go to an establishment to be treated like I am doing something wrong by wanting my order and wanting what I ordered. The other/second Taylor was nice though, she acted like a manager (Not sure if she was) and was professional and courteous. Her efforts were not enough to salvage the experience. The wings were very wet, the fries were soggy, drinks flat. I also feel that the food is overpriced, fountain drinks horrible, and the carpet needs to be replaced. I will NEVER be back!!!

Overpriced food, overpriced beer. Could use a complete steam cleaning of the entire building. Filthy.

Dirty, smelly, we watched the nasty dark haired waitress sit on a broken table behind the bar cursing drinking and eating off customers plates at the bar!!!! Waited 30 plus minutes for chicken tenders and a burger while the "locals" who came in after us had their orders within 10 minutes!!!!!! Even to go orders are done before our order!!!! We used to come here and todays visit reminded me why we haven't been back!!! Cook seems to be cooking items one at a time with no urgency at all!!!! Taylor was great!!!
