Wolfy's Restaurant

Wolfy's has been a favorite breakfast place of my husband's family for decades, and we ate their with them for the first time this weekend. It was pretty busy, but the service was quick and accurate. The restaurant was clean and well-staffed. Our waitress was friendly and fast. There is plenty of parking behind the restaurant. We met the new owner while we were there and she was nice. The restaurant has breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I heard that they also have a Prime rib special on Friday. I started out with hot chocolate that was topped with crispy marshmallows and whipped cream. It was delicious! I ordered two scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, toast, and corned beef hash. My husband got the same, but with bacon and sunny side up eggs. The bacon and corned beef hash were both perfectly crisp. We really enjoyed our meal and would definitely eat here again.Rating from F to A+++, I give it an A+++!

Food was standard breakfast diner. I ordered the crispy french toast. Which tasted like the frier and was very greasy. Not sure what I was expecting but that wasn't it. The corned beef hash was your typical canned corned beef hash. Nothing to write home about. My sister got the waffle special and said the waffles were really great. Maybe I didn't order the right things. Server was friendly. Will try again and get the waffles.

We met family here yesterday for lunch/brunch. The staff is amazing, friendly, attentive and quick. That's about where the praise stops. I ordered breakfast (served all day), my husband ordered the sloppy Joe special. My scrambled eggs were overcooked and tasted like they were cooked in old, reused oil. The grits were good, toast slightly burnt (I ordered extra light). I only ate a few bites of the entire meal because it tasted so bad.My husbands sloppy joes were average, tasted like the sloppy joes from a can. Home fries were average but edible.The beer selection was EXTREMMELY limited (only 2 to choose from) and the same with the wine selection.The good news is the place is fairly inexpensive, so that's a plus. To be fair we may try Wolf's again.

French toast was so oily, eggs were not seasoned, hashbrowns were burnt. Biscuits were the best thing on the menu, so good. Service was okay, we got seated quickly though.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast. Seated quickly after entering and friendly staff were quick to take drink orders followed by food order shortly after. My omelet with feta cheese, tomato & spinach was excellent, I found the serving of hashbrowns to be a bit skimpy but adequate, the biscuit was wonderful so light, fluffy & warm. Husband ordered eggs with bacon & 1/2 biscuit & gravy, he was very happy with his meal. Restaurant is very clean, somewhat worn, older place but comfortable. Would definitely come back.

We ordered the chicken fried steak and the chicken wrap sandwich, they were healthy portions and delicious. The service was good, they were very busy, we were welcomed when we got there and felt good.

Went there for breakfast. Myeggs were cold and greasy.My bacon was super greasy. Service got a cup of coffee no refills. Won't be back.

Really wanted to try this place for breakfast but after standing at the wait to be seated sign for the duration of two phoned in orders I gave up. The checkout line for the cashier was 4-5 long and nobody acknowledged me the entire time. Maybe there is a counter to walk up to but this place needs more staff and the sense to put someone on hold to say hello to a live customer.Ps went to big man's cafe for a great meal

BEST FRENCH TOAST IN OCALA !! Thick pieces of French toast with soft butter and maple syrup paired with bacon or sausage. I ordered both but honestly just truly a forgotten gem in Ocala! I wish the coffee was better but overall amazing

This establishment has been under new ownership and the coffee and breakfast my friend and I had was atrocious. There weren't many people dining here and the place smelled dingy when we entered and the atmosphere was dark. Starting with the coffee - it was sooo weak even my friend who likes weaker coffee couldn't drink it. We asked the server about it and she replied defensively 3 times, "our coffee is very weak." My friend was intent on getting pancakes which turned out tasteless. There was no fruit on the menu that could be added to the batter like blueberries & such. My single egg, hash browns and toast order was dripping in grease. For decades this place used to be a thriving restaurant and it's such a shame the new owner doesn't give a darn. On the way out my friend asked why the coffee was so weak and she replied "Really?" Never again!
