Wingstop

Wing stop is one of my go to comfort places now. They always get my order right and the wings are always delicious! I've never once gotten the wrong order! The employees are so friendly, just a nice place to go on a Thursday night.

So first things first. You're not greeted at all what so ever when you go in. Okay no big deal. Next made my order with the cashier, she tried to act like she was paying attention but I'm pretty sure she had her phone behind the cash register and was reading/replying to a text because she asked me to repeat my order. She also had the look of "I don't want to be here or I hate my life". Not welcoming at all what so ever. Anyways, I ordered 2 10 piece combos. First one was 1/2 lemon herb remix and honey bbq (requested all flats). Second one was 1/2 lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan (mixed). She then asked about dipping sauces and I said Ranch for both. She then asked me is that all? I asked do they come with fries or veggie sticks? She responds with, "which one do you want?" I replied voodoo fries and veggie sticks for the other. I should have asked her to repeat my order back to me, my mistake I didn't. I get my cups and get my drinks and have a seat. So as I'm sitting there I start watching everyone. I notice the cashier go back and help the cook bag up food. I also then see her playing with her nails, touching her hair, and face. Didn't wash her hands once. She's touching people's food and bagging it. There are people inside waiting for orders that they either made on the phone or picking up an order for someone else. She's not calling out names instead she's just bagging and setting aside, bagging and setting aside. She's not paying attention to the other customers. Meanwhile I'm thinking it was the manager who was back there with them. She was on her phone texting when she wasn't helping the cook. So I get my order, drive home, and I just opened it. Everything looks correct and smells delicious with the exception of my wings being mixed when I asked for all flats. Like I said before though, I should have asked her to repeat my order back to me. Haven't tried them yet. But everything looks good.

Had to visit the TMobile store this afternoon...we were there a few hours and were hungry afterward. Wingstop was in the same strip shopping center, so we decided to get some take out. We ordered the combo meal for 2, which is 15 wings with fries and includes 2 drinks. You can choose 2 wing flavors and 2 sauces. We opted for the Cajun and Garlic Parmesan boneless wings and one each of the ranch and blue cheese sauce.Wingstop has one of those drink machines with hundreds of choices that you can mix up as you like. So let me start with the more positive points: the wings were not bad, although the Cajun were a little too fiery for me. My son loved them. The Garlic Parmesan had a good flavor, but I feel like they were slightly undercooked. Also there were a few little gristly pieces of chicken in a couple of my wings. The fries appeared to be hand cut and were skin-on. We enjoyed the fries as they were a nice mix of soft and crispy.The employee taking our order was a little gruff...My son actually said he was being aggressive. The employee seemed very impatient. Maybe he was having a bad day, I don't know. But I wouldn't want him working my front counter if it was my restaurant. Also he was not wearing a mask.My son noticed that most (or maybe all, not sure) of the employees in the back cooking were not wearing gloves or masks. We did not get a receipt. I saw the order taker throwing away what appeared to be my receipt. But I also noticed other bags of food already prepared had receipts attached. So I figured our bag would have a receipt. Not until I was halfway home did I realize that there was no receipt on or in the bag. Which is not a huge thing, but in light of the fact that I know several people who have used their credit/debit cards at fast food places and later had tip amounts changed, or fraudulent charges on their cards...I try to be mindful of always getting a receipt.Note that the tables & chairs were stacked in a corner. So apparently no dine in at this Wingstop right now.So that was our experience today! Thanks for reading.

Despite the bad reviews for this location, my boyfriend insisted we try it. I placed an order online and called after just to make sure it went through, and the employee that answered was very nice and informed me my order was already bagged (it was ready in about 15 minutes). The wings were tasty and I enjoyed the flavors, and the fries were okay, nothing special. I really liked the flavor of the ranch but it was a little watery and seemed like it wasn't refrigerated. Other than that, I enjoyed the food and would return.

Staff are preparing food which no gloves, make manager did not wear a mask. Customers are mixed as to if they were a mask. They did not have enough staff to prepare the amount of orders so we left. Won't be back.

Don't waste your time or money!!! Worse location they are super nasty here! Food is Nasty! My food was delivered completely raw ! And I mean raw I'm thinking about driving up there so a manager can see this! Even though the probably don't care! Makes me very mad

THE STORE WAS FILTHY! I ordered the 15pc meal for 2 with an upgrade to a 10pc Cajun corn and added a roll. I was offered fries since they didn't have rolls. Then I received old, cold fries. My chicken was supposed to be well done and it was not cooked well done. It was very tough and chewy. I'm thinking they must fry the chicken from frozen. The skin was rubber. Everything was cold and that really confused me since I do not live far from that location. If I do decide to go back to wing stop, it definitely will not be this location

I hope the manager sees this. I've been to multiple locations mainly beach and Hodges are and this by far your current night employees right now tonight's shift especially are just amazing very friendly very happy and take pride in their work!!!! Which isn't seen a lot anymore and customer service is great. They updated me on how long my food would take was greeted very well and treated well when my order was being took. Which some employees places are just miserable and don't want to be there these were amazing employees the cooks the register everyone. And BTW then hot honey rub tenders 1000/10!!! Will be back. A lot of companies and places lose customers because the environment and employees attitude but this one ,will be back.

Food is always amazing. The choice is totally up to you to alter your food and I think that's pretty neat. They also have great deals and combos allll the time . People working there are very gentle and kind.could never use the bathroom unfortunately since it's usually locked but there are a lot of stores nearby that have bathrooms so it was okay. The place is very clean and quiet.

Gosh there's a ton of wing places around here. Most of them don't really scratch the itch for me to be honest. There are a lot of different preferences to try to meet and it must be impossible to make everyone happy. But consistently, WingStop gets the skin crispy which is the hinge of a good wing in my book. Other places can't seem to pull this off. Also, points to them for adding thighs to the menu. It's the tastiest part of the bird and a great way to mix it up.
