So my first appointment here seemed to be 5star. The next day I got showered and started doing my hair only to see lots of brown framing my face instead of the BLONDE I PAY FOR! I'm in the middle of a house remodel so it was crazy trying to find time to let Riley know. I finally sent her text and pics about 10 days later. She got me in Friday and tried to redo that area and was going to send me out with a wet head!? I didn't come in with a wet head why would I leave with one. You missed a vital area on my hair. So they asked if I was getting blow dried!? Well, yuhhh since I came in with dried hair. So this is irritating because as a salon why would you not want your client leave looking great than with a wet head of hair. So much to my dismay one girl started blow drying me because my stylist had a haircut in the chair. So then the girl who started had to get to her client. Then another did partial and had to get back to her client. Then Riley 20 min later semi finished my hair dried. I get to the front to pay for an $18 brow wax and I'm told $40 for my blow dry!! ?? WOW... just WOW! And notice the brown streak still in my hair!

Chenoa was my stylist. I went from dark brown to a honey balayage and absolutely love it. I have no idea what this woman did to my hair before I had excessive hair loss which was the reason I was keeping it short but after my appointment I left with super soft hair and was dreading my first wash because I thought the hair loss would be back. It's been over a month and if I lose 15-20 hairs per day that's a lot. Before I would literally hold balls of hair after every brush. I'm never going to anywhere else!

Love this salon. Very friendly environment; efficient service (with little wait time); great Paul Mitchell products. Their hair cutting/coloring skills are top notch. Reasonable prices. So glad I found them. Would not go anywhere else!

What a horrible experience. I made an appointment even though the price was double the price on their website. They told me lashes, airbrushing and travel fees were included. When I called a second time to see how I should prepare for my appointment, they added $20 for airbrushing, $15 for lashes and 20% for travel fees and the hair price increased with no explanation. The stylist wasn't available, so I asked if she could return my call. A week passed, I called back and the same thing happened and I was informed that the original stylist doesn't do airbrushing so I need to pay 2 people. This time I asked for the manager, who was unavailable, and I was told I'd receive a call back. No one ever returned any of my calls. This company has been a nightmare to work with. The last message I left with the front desk was that I'm happy to discuss my online reviews over the phone, all they need to do is call me.

I have gone here for several years now and my hair always looks beautiful the owner Hope Wilson is my stylist she along with her other stylist make her Salon a warm, welcoming and family environment. I Highly recommend them!

I recently went to William Taber (Melissa Hicks) for a long layered cut and she did exactly what I asked for and showed a picture of. I loved it so much that I trusted her to take me several shades lighter through beautifully and naturally placed blonde highlights. I have received so many compliments and am the happiest I've been in a very long time with my hair. I highly recommend this salon.

Was not impressed on my first visit and dont plan on returning. Walking in the front door i was greeted with "do you have an appointment" no "hello" or usual greeting for a PAYING customer. I did have an appointment but i was never told the name of the stylist, which is fine, bu t seemed to be an inconvenience for the woman up front. Not my fault??? I was greeted by the stylist with a "what do you want done". AGAIN no "hello", "nice to meet you", or even introducing herself to me.. at this point ive been moved to another room to have my hair washed and dont even know the stylist name. Im aggravated and definitely feel like my presence there as a PAYING customer was an inconvenience for them. Eventually I am able to describe to the stylist what i think i want as far as a healthy cut and I ask for her professional opinion several times on texture, length i need cut off for optimal health, and education on scalp treatment/health. All of my questions asking for guidance and education were answered with "its your personal preference". Okay. Cool.... now i know that it would be just as useful for me to ask the drive through worker at chick fil a for guidance, and they would at least wear a fake smile and act somewhat interested in my business. overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting but my 2 inch trim was done well i assume.

This place is AWESOME! The service is great! They make you feel comfortable and offer the highest level of service. I have always left with the perfect cut and color. I would highly recommend this salon. All the stylists are great and Hope is very friendly and caring toward her clients. Shanoa is great!
