All you expect in a burger place and more, people serves you there, not kidding, they bring you sauces or napkins to the table, that was special to me, if you have kids with you is a great help. The burguers are my husband's preferred ones. I like the fries as much as he does the burguers. The ambiance is very bright, all is clean and seats are comfortable, between this good fast food and the rest on earth, this is my choice for flavor, cleanliness, and service.

I was staying in a hotel nearby for a convention, and as we don't have Whataburgers in the middle of the state anymore (they both closed down for some reason), I figured I would give this one a shot on the way home after the convention.The burgers appear to be made to order, which is always a good thing. There are places where I live that make a comparable burger for about the same price, which is nice as the burgers are quite good. Inside while I waited it was pleasant, so no issues there, and the employees there were nice enough, allowing me to review the entire menu before ordering. I like to stand back, read the entire menu, then go up and order, not like some people who walk right up to the counter, or stand in line for ten minutes, and only when they get up to the counter do they start reading the menu to decide what they want. Enough of that rant, however.The seating area was in good shape, and I was comfortable while I waited for my food to be prepared. I got the meal to go (just a burger and fries) and enjoyed eating parts of it on the hour long trip back to Gainesville. Had the rest at home where it was still quite good. I'll certainly be returning next year as I will be returning to that convention as well.

Couldn't get any of my order right. Put mustard on my sandwich which i cannot eat. Everything tastes off, even the Powerade. I thought whataburger had high fast food quality but this one is definitely bad. Won't be coming back to this one and put a sour taste in my mouth

After reading some I the other reviews I realized I had a different experience. This is a brand new Whataburger and the closest to Orlando Florida. We stopped there on the way to North Carolina and had a great experience.My wife and I both had a cheeseburger combo, mine I traded the fries for onion rings which was a dollar more. Both meals were cooked fresh and arrived in just a few minutes. We ate in the dining room which was clean. The service was also good.Only problem we encountered was the women's bathroom was out of order and my wife had to use the men's restroom which was clean and had a locked door.This Whataburger is located near the new Bucees Service Station on the I-95 southbound lane in St Augustine. This will be our new go to when we just have to have a Whataburger.

Yep the Texas Burger restaurant is finally in St Johns County with more to come soon. Drive through is open - no eat in yet. Love their burgers. Also great breakfast items. Yep it's a 5.

We have been to the WGV Whataburger several times, with varying success. This time was a late lunch. My teen and I opted to eat inside and were surprised (pleasantly) to find thing calm and running smoothly. The cashier was extremely pleasant and attentive and we ordered easily. The dining room was also very tidy. In the past, it has been less so, so I was pleased to find things in better shape.Our food came quickly, and everything was good and hot. I had and original burger while my son and the bacon avocado melt. We both got the onion rings.Three cheers for the nugget ice. It definitely makes fountain drinks taste better.

The reason I give whataburger a two is because everytime I order from door dash from whataburger by the time I get the order my food is cold, my onion rings are burnt not light and crispy and the condiments on my chicken sandwich were soggy and limp like when are stored too long in a refrigerator and used them the next day. There was no solid tomato, maybe they need to put condiments on the side for doordash order's to keep lettuce tomato onions and pickles crisp. I'm very disappointed with my onion rings because they were so burnt that there was no onion inside just the crust, that's bad, because their employee's don't know how to cook them or they don't change their oil regularly. I know these things because I worked at 3 Mc Donald's at the same time in NewYork City. We were told to make a certain amount of sm, med and LG fries, so they would be fresh and hot for the customer, after they turned cold, we threw them away. We had these little cups to make sure our tea's were not sour and we had date stickers on all our food's in the refrigerator and our salads and our extra tea's for that day. And after it got slow we dropped fries when they were ordered to lower our costs or waste of food.

Huge fan of Whataburger but this location is slower than the evolution of the solar system. They must have one person taking orders, cooking the food, cleaning the restaurant, working behind the counter, and handling the book keeping. Hoping for some progress!
