Food was delicious. I got a Whataburger, my husband got a patty melt and my little one got chicken nuggets. Everything was absolutely delicious so so good. You gotta try Whataburger if you come to Florida! The service was really nice the staff they were really patient because I was really unsure of what to get, but the girl was really patient with me and gave me time to order and she gave me suggestions on the menu of what was good

Hamburger is similar to Freddy's/Steak n shakeFries are identical to Shack Shack! So you can go wron. I love the fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickle and mustard. Whataburger is my top 5 favorite chain burger joints! I love to have some every o de on a while. Service is great and the place looks brand spanking new!Thanks Duvall County for taking care of folks here that use to live I. Texas area! Like you guys!

I really wanted this place to do well and get good reviews. We need more good fast food restaurants at the intersection of Atlantic and Kernan. I waited weeks to go to this Whataburger because after their grand opening the lines were super long and I figured they would make mistakes as they navigate the new business. I went today for the first time. I entered the drive-through at 11:58 am. When you place your order, they ask your name which I provided. I got to the window to pick up my food in about 10 minutes or so . They asked me my name and handed me one bag then a drink. Of course, I have learned to check my order before I leave and noticed they left out my grilled chicken sandwich. She took my order back and asked me to pull forward. I parked and waited sipping on my drink which was also wrong. I ordered a Coke zero and got root beer instead. I decided to go in, I poured out my drink, got myself a new drink, went to the counter, and told her I have a window order that I am waiting on now almost 30 minutes. The staff in the back were loud and unprofessional. The sweet lady at the cash register was nice. I feel like if they talked less and played less, then maybe they could get orders correct and deliver them in a timely fashion. I wish the owners would hire people like Chick-fil-A does.

Brand new location and my family has been so excited for it to open as we don't have a closer one to us. My toddler was served RAW UNCOOKED FRIED CHICKEN. If she had consumed this she could potentially be in the hospital tonight. Shame on them (the cooks) for rushing or doing whatever could've caused this.The manager apologized profusely, he felt so bad, and said he had just caught it himself and thrown pounds of it away.

Food is great, but today something was wrong while ordering. The customer service representative taking my order sounded like I was inconveniencing her to change the ingredients on the burger I ordered. She asked if I wanted it plain...after saying yes she said okay it'll be dry. Then I asked if ketchup could be added to it..."Well then it won't be dry anymore and it's not plain." I feel like Dearra could use some training or even just direction on customer service or professionalism with the way you should speak to a customer. Not expecting suit and tie business, but don't want to feel bad for ordering a meal the way I wanted it. I wonder how many other people feel this way while ordering.

This place is trash. Food was made incorrect, the chicken in my sandwich was nonexistent, items were forgotten twice, and to add insult to injury after having to go back for the third time to obtain a refund, I had to fill out PAPERWORK. Avoid this place at all cost!

Ok... I hate leaving bad reviews but I just can't with this place. First time I went it took over 30 minutes to get through the drive through, thought it was a fluke as it was busy and they had opened not that long ago. Went today and waited 45 MINUTES in a drive thru! This is just not acceptable. The workers were kind and polite, but this is a direct result of poor management and needs to be addressed ASAP. I will not be back.

I have ordered online, via the Whataburger app, a few times. tonight, my grilled chicken sandwich was so grossly soggy from all the sauce they put on it I could not eat it. in addition, no catsup received for onion rings, as requested. called store and the manager said I have to go back through the app to either get a refund or reorder. they can't do anything in the store to rectify the issue. not to mention, it's Sunday night and still raining so don't really want to drive back up there but they didn't even offer or apologize for the problem. never again!!
