I am so happy I found this place. I called to make an appointment and I think they were like 2-3 weeks out! I waited until the last minute so I asked if they had any cancelations to please call me. A couple of days later I got a call and I was able to make it in.Kayla sat down with me and made some suggestions. I wound up doing a balyage and face framing along with a hair cut. I could not have been happier. It is not too light, but just light enough to look like natural highlights and my haircut was perfect. The inside is very charming and chic looking.

My experience at West Coast Hair Design was next level. I was traveling for a wedding and needed someone to touch my gray up. Anna was amazing and I highly recommend this salon to anyone passing through Jacksonville or in need of a hair home. Linda and her team are unmatched.

I had Halle today and she was AMAZING! It might not look like much was done to my hair, but she really listened to what I had to say. I'm in healthcare, so my hair is up 24/7. It may be down on like, Sunday, but that typically is it. The hair I had prior was SO thick and heavy. When I'd wear it in a bun gravity would take over and pull it down. Halle listened and was able to properly thin out my hair, annd give me some solutions on how to fix the heaviness I was feeling. I feel like I learned so much with this appointment. Her cut was seriously one of the best I've ever had! My husband even loved it! I will certainly be back for a balayage in a few months once this mane is ready to be trimmed up. This place is fantastic! Easy to book and the stylists are very confident in their craft. Love it!!

Kayla was so awesome!!! I came in looking to get bangs for the first time in years. I also have not touched my hair since July as I've been growing it out and nervous to touch it. She did an incredible job and I feel like a brand new person!!! Highly, 10000% recommend her for your hair cut and styling needs !!

Scene Setter: I'd had my hair done somewhere else roughly 8 months ago. My hair wasn't the color of blonde that I had wanted and it looked so bad but I just let it grow out... thank goodness was it grows! Haha. I found this place just on a whim and hope of searching yelp. Everyone was incredibly kind and amazing. I checked in and then encountering a scheduling issue due to flu season. They were so kind and were able to work me in with someone else an hour later. Ana listened to what I wanted and thoughtfully gave me her inputs. Ladies! She fixed my hair. This is everything I could've wanted. The color is perfect. She was able to cut the damage out and style it in a way that's perfect for me. The owner is also just the best! Sweetest lady. Great place all around! I have found my new hair home!

This was my 1st time here and I had a partial highlight, cut, and style with Heather. Heather was absolutely great. She was very thorough and is clearly very knowledgeable about hair. She spent ample time talking with me about what I wanted prior to getting started. I love my hair and definitely plan on being a return customer.

I had a bad experience here. I would not recommend the stylist Heather for hair coloring.

worst hair coloring ever! Heather left my hair orange and when I put my hair up it is all dark. I am from the west coast and this my friends is not west coast hair!The bill was $400 and still needed my hair done and even fixed as the color was orange. She said that is was the lighting in the salon. The owner Linda offered no solutions and was threatening.

Anna W. did my hair today and she is phenomenal. I have zero self confidence and she made me so excited to go home and show off my hair. She was kind, reassuring and great at her job. Can't wait to come back again.

I came here thinking I was going to get a nice cut they should have just took a bowl and just put it on top of my head this girl did not do a good job she didn't blend it in she didn't know how to fade it I I don't know what to say I just know I ain't going again
