I had been wanting to take my son here for a while, but was nervous about what to expect, since he isn't walking or talking. I decided to check it out on a Friday afternoon. We arrived around 2:30 pm and found a parking spot in the parking lot. When I walked in, I was greeted warmly by a young woman at the register. I was able to get registered and pay $15 for the visit. We put our backpack and shoes in one of the cubbies lining one side of the lobby. They had snacks, drinks, and merchandise for sale. The gated play area is huge, with a variety of play areas and equipment, including a jungle gym, kidkraft playhouse, climbing wall, rope climbing net, swings, and the most popular of all, a Zipline that all the kids wanted to play on. We started at the area with the puzzles on the wall, then worked our way to the toddler fenced area. There were quite a few kids of all ages playing, but we didn't feel trampled on nor did my son react negatively to having kids near him. His favorite things turned out to be the puzzle wall, the light up fish tube in the back, and the pots and pans at the kidkraft playhouse. I ended up meeting two parents that were super friendly and helpful, and my son surprised me by playing ball with both of them, which he never does with strangers. I felt relieved that my son fit in with the kids and that I wasn't alone in having a special child. Most gyms I have felt anxiety because my son isn't like the other children of the same age, but I felt at home here. Thank you to the staff and parents for this welcoming experience, and I hope to be back with him soon!

An indoor playground for toddlers and kids. Great idea for rainy, too hot, or too cold days. They have:mini zip-line: pretty cool but the harness doesn't accommodate smaller toddlers who can't hold onto the straps themselves yet. It's more like a sling.Trampoline: decent sizeminiature rock climb wall: pretty coolchalk/crayon station: all the crayons are broken and they didn't have coloring books, just a single sheet of white paper laying out. Same with the chalk; broken. puzzle station: many missing pieces and a few broken. They had maybe four puzzles.train track station: this station sits right below a glass window that gets a lot of sunshine. Boy did it get hot sitting there playing with the trains. And this was on an October day. Can you imagine how hot it can get in the summer. They need to install a shade there. playhouse kitchen: limited amount of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and food items.Swings: not your typical swings that you think of at the park. I don't know what they're called but they're like hammock style swings. Climbing obstaclesMonkey barsOne thing that I noticed they are missing, a SLIDE and a ball pit.Even though I listed a lot of activities, I don't feel like it's toddler friendly. The physical activities required more advance hand and foot coordination. There's a lot of indoor activities for big kids already and I was hoping this was one for my younger toddlers.

This place is real rip off. I took two little kids there today, we paid $28 for two of them. My son didn't play at all, he went in and came out. I requested refund for him, the girl at the desk had a nasty attitude and of course they refused to give refund. DONT GO THERE , place is so dirty too

We've been here twice within the last year. Everything is actually pretty dirty, I've never seen anybody cleaning. No areas for climbing except a small rock wall. It's supposed to be a gated area, but the last time we went (about a week ago), the gate was open almost the whole time we were there (2 hours), even after asking an employee to keep it closed. At one point the front door and the gate were both wide open, which is frankly unacceptable in a place that claims it's inclusive for children with special needs. It's hard to even find an employee if you have a concern. Employees were more concerned with setting up a last minute birthday party than addressing our concerns. While we were there, a family walked up and were turned away because of the last minute party, even though they stated they had called ahead of time as their website suggests, and drove 30 minutes to get there. This place seems like an absolute mess. Would not recommend coming here.

As a nanny of 12+ years, this place is amazing!! I wish they had been around when I started my career. My current nanny kid is 2 and he loves it! He gets so excited when I ask him if he wants to go to We Rock! We have been coming for about a year. They have a discount price on certain mornings which is so nice. But they best price is getting a pack of so many visits. I always encourage family members to get this instead of toys. He is learning how to socialize with children of all walks of life and it's wonderful. The staff are wonderful and caring and so friendly. You feel at home. The place is kept very clean. They have a "Germ work" basket that you put any toys that a child has placed in their mouth and the staff cleans them. I'm always seeing staff cleaning throughout the day. They also hold special events and camps.

We Rock the Spectrum is an absolutely incredible space for children with special needs! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The gym is filled with a variety of equipment that is both fun and therapeutic, offering opportunities for sensory exploration, motor development, and social interaction. It's a safe and inclusive environment where every child can play, learn, and grow at their own pace. We Rock the Spectrum is a fantastic resource for families, and I am so grateful to have such an amazing place to bring my child. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive and fun environment for kids with special needs!

I dealt mostly with Marissa Chunn and Lea Wells and I am so glad I will never need to deal with such unprofessional liars. Do not trust this business with your money. I purchased a 5 visit pass on 08/31/2023. My receipt stated pass is valid for 1 year. My visit was declined on 08/30/24 and I was told my pass expired on 08/29/24. That is 2 days shy of a 1 year mark. They accused me of yelling at their staff and of harassing them when I finally decided to be STERN with my words after being fed up with their incompetence. I filed a dispute with BBB and they lied in their response to my complaint. I had 3 visits left on my pass that Marissa Chunn allowed me to transfer to someone I knew. Those 3 visits were not used because Marissa decided that 1 year from 08/31/2023 ends on 08/29/2024 instead of 08/31/2024. Ironically, on 08/31/2024, WRTS emailed me 2 times congratulating me on my 1 year anniversary with them. Funny how even their systems understands what 1 year means, but they do not. I was able to dispute that transaction and receive the refund for the 3 visits that Marissa Chunn/Lea Wells decided I do not deserve. And before Marissa and Lea decide to say that I am in the wrong, please keep in mind I have ALL of our communication saved. No one can dispute that my pass was good for 1 year and they denied access before the year ended. They tried to take my money and not provide service but had to pay me back because transaction was disputed. Shame shame shame on you Marissa and Lea!!

My grandkids are 3 and 1.5 years old and they love this place! Especially when too hot to play outside. Only downside is the tables where they can sit to eat a snack are always dirty, so I take my own wipes to clean before they eat anything. Lots of great sensory activities and price is reasonable.

As a mom of a young kid (2) i just feel as if there should be a time for just the little kids to play 0-4 even just a few hours one day a week.. I was Talking to another mom with a young kid and she felt the same it's just sad because it's a cool place but hard for the littles
