On this day I had the Teriyaki chicken with rice. I was going to try the Jerk chicken but I was not in the mood to test my tolerance with the heat. I could have sworn I took a picture but I didn't. This set me back about $10. Didn't come with a drink. The quantity was limited. I was still hungry after finishing my meal. It did lack a lot of flavor and I could have went elsewhere and been more happy with my lunch. Can't knock it til you tried it though.

Really nice food truck that visit our neighborhood occasionally through the months. Professional staff and quick service. Food is excellent for the price. The ingredients taste authentic and sourced well. Fries are definitely made fresh!! Perfect truck for a quick dinner after a long day of work.

Wauga Wauga Food Truck came to Metro Square, aka San Marco East as part of their weekly scheduled Food Trucks. The menu that was sent out via email from the Management company said WaugaWauga$11.00 and when you open the attached menu there are no prices. It made me think that everything on the menu was $11.00. That is not the case. The Steak Tacos were $12.00 and the Nacho Salad was $13.20. There is not a menu online on the website or FB page with prices. Do the prices change that much. Why can't you post the menu with a fixed price for each dish? The Nacho Salad had good flavor but the chip were kind of soggy. I don't think I will be getting anything from this food truck again soon.

I must admit, I really did not get the theme of this place. So, I asked the owner and he indicated that it was a fusion of different cultures. I'm not sure that that helped me understand this menu any better but, I asked him for a recommendation. He said that the tropical pollo ($10) was their award-winning dish. The meat - steak, chicken, or pork (which they were out of) - is served on a taco, in a wrap, or on a hoagie. The meals come with a side - fries, fresh tortilla chips, or cilantro lime slaw. The tropical pollo consisted of bourbon marinated chicken, cilantro lime slaw, pineapple salsa, and chipotle remoulade. As one who doesn't like a lot of sauces or soggy food, I asked for the remoulade sauce on the side. My meal was ready quickly and it looked delicious! The tortillas were stuffed and the fries were skinny!I took a bite of the taco without the sauce and the chicken was nicely marinaded but it needed more flavor, salt, in particular. The pineapple salsa was good but the cilantro slaw wasn't distinct enough to stand out. To add more flavor, I added some of the chipotle remoulade. The sauce had a little kick to it! Unfortunately, between the sauce, the juice from the meat, and the slaw, the tortillas were soggy, with juice lining the bottom the carton. The best part of the meal was the side. The fries were really good - thinly cut and crispy but not hard.Open for about a year, Wauga Wauga has a unique name, some interesting combinations, and a very friendly owner. Based on this experience, I won't be looking to find the truck any time soon but if I happen to run into it, I may try a different meat option.

I got the fiesta nachos. Individually, everything on these nachos is great. The chicken and the pineapple salsa are both so yummy! As much as I love queso, there's just something about the combination of the queso and the pineapple salsa that doesn't quite work, for me at least. I'd definitely order these again...just without the queso maybe.

Overpriced for what it is. I had steak tacos and chips and caso - $13. Tacos themselves were pretty good - juicy, good flavor, but not worth the money.

Awesome food truck that serves both breakfast and lunch. They come to my work on most Fridays so I've had them several times now. I have tried quite a few items and I have loved everything I have tried. My favorite are the bacon, egg and cheese biscuits with home fries. The staff is super nice too. Its so convenient to be able to text them your order and show up a few minutes later and its ready for you. The prices are fair too. They are a welcome sight on Fridays around here.

Me and a coworker went down to the urban core food truck park downtown and both decided on this food truck. He got the teriyaki steak Sriracha tacos and I got the bourbon chicken wrap. We decided to split the meals so we could try both. The bourbon chicken wrap was very good. The chicken was tender and flavorful and the pineapple mixed very well with the bourbon flavor. The steak taco was also rather good, just not as good as the chicken wrap. The taco could have used a little more Sriracha though. I also got a side of queso Blanco to go with my chips, but it was very thick. It tasted decent but I could go without it next time. I would say both meals were reasonably priced at $11 for 2 tacos and chips and $12 for the bourbon chicken wrap and chips with the added queso. I will definitely be back to try more of their food soon.

Good, convenient, cheap, and straight to the point. I get the mushroom and swiss, its pretty good, its not mind blowing level amazing, but it's pretty good. Usually runs about 20$ for two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. They come to my boyfriends work often, and we usually get it everytime its there.
