I've been to a few Wasabis in Jacksonville. I'm not sure if they're connected, but why not try another one. The food was decent. The rolls were nice and made fresh to order. You are also given a soup with your choice of miso or broth soup with mushrooms and crispy pieces that soak up the broth. I decided to splurge and get three different rolls to have a little variety. I decided on the Jax which consisted of a California roll with eel on top. I also got two other tempura style rolls, but I can't remember the names. The only reason I gave this place a three was the presentation of the restaurant. It seemed like it could have been a little more clean including the bathroom.

Cleanliness...3.5.... tables and menus were fine. It was the food particles stuck all over the wall next to the booth we were sitting in that grossed us all out. A bit warm in the place as well.Service...4.... very attentive staff, responsive with ordering, refills, and check. But our table of 4 had to wait 45 mins to get our food when there was only 1 other table with people. They did appear to be filling a lot of pick up orders. Only 1 sushi chef.Food...5.... My 2 rolls were awesome and I would totally get them again. Both rolls were huge to the point I couldn't even finish my plate. I had Midnight Fantasy and Leo's Special Roll. Shrimp sauce was also top notch.

This place is easy tip find the three shopping center. You will seat yourself when you arrive. They will tahe your drink order and give you all the time you need to go over the menu.The inside is clean and fresh. The sushi bar is small. The service is fast. They kept all our drinks full. The food is cooked good. The taste is fresh. The portion size is above average. The prices is not on the high side. The 10$ hibachi lunch special of pick two was much bigger than expected. It filled me up. I recommend this place for good asian food at low cost. They do not have a military discount.

Very unassuming restaurant. I ordered for pick up & was pleasantly surprised at how low the prices were. I got 5 rolls & a shrimp teriyaki dinner for ~$50. Some of the reviews I read online before ordering mentioned a wait- this would be my only grievance. When I ordered, it said it would take 30 minutes. I got there just about 30 minutes later. There was another customer in the restaurant & I heard them mention to the waiter "See you next week" on their way out which I found reassuring & got me excited about my food. It was good, I was very happy with what I picked & I'll definitely be ordering again!

When we get to the restaurant the cooking table had dried up cooked rice in the corner from a previous table. Absolutely the WORST hibachi restaurant I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Absolutely ridiculous management and worse staff. Could not accommodate someone with shellfish allergies except to cook food in the back because the so called chef could not spend 3 extra minutes to do shrimp first or wipe down utensils. Complete disregard for people with allergies. Chef ends up cooking shrimp first but literally could not take the two extra minutes to wipe down the table prior to cooking the next item. I can't even begin to count the number of Hibachi restaurants that I have been to that had absolutely no problem accommodating shellfish allergies with the cook but apparently this place is to DAMN good to do the same.

Location close to my home. Small and quiet, would like a better atmosphere. A lot of pick up orders and delivery but no many people eating in for a Sunday Dinner. Great service and great tasting food . My only complaint is the way sushi rolls are made need more care and technique. My rolls keep falling apart ( not enough rice? Not wrapped right ). I'm not a sushi maker but I eat enough to know how it should be. Great tasting food even if it falls apart . Steak hibachi was delicious and good amount of food. Would definitely eat there again...

First time getting take out here because it's literally right by my house so I thought I would give it a try and I was craving sushi.... THE FOOD IS BANGIN' And that's just takeout! Would highly recommend this restaurant. The quality in their food is bomb! Definitely have to come here next time with my husband.

Their lunch specials is such a great deal. I always get 3 rolls and it comes with a side salad and soup. Very clean and quiet inside. Great place for a date. I personally love their volcano roll or midnight fantasy roll if I'm not getting the lunch special. Their hibachi is quite tasty as well! Been going here since I was a kid.

We got delivery from here last night and it was terrible. I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi meal, steak medium rare, it was so overcooked. Definitely well done. The shrimp were also too done. My husband ordered chicken tempura with fried rice, ended up with tempura chicken but with all tempura vegetables as the side. We were told delivery time was 1 hour, waited an hour and a half. So disappointed
