We ordered chili , tasted like canned chilli with beans added. It was hot but nothing special. Cuban sandwich was decent 6/10 . Italian wrap was also about 6/10. Convenient small place , basic food . I don't think we would go back. If you need a quick bite it's ok.

One of the best chicken bacon ranch subs I've ever had. The bread was very soft and it was loaded with fresh chicken. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It's a little difficult to find but definitely worth it.

I have been meaning to review this little deli for a long time. It's tucked away in the bottom of the Ameris Bank Building across US Hywy 1 from Flagler Hospital. The sandwiches are lovingly put togeather by the owner after greeted by the kindest helper behind the large counter where you can sit and eat. Sparse decoration may fool you into thinking that the cuisine will be minimal, but don't fall for it. Although, I usually get my order to go there is plenty of area for dining. Each handcrafted sandwich that I've had the pleasure of chowing down on has been excellent!! Sorry no picture of the Italian Sub today cuz...I couldn't restrain myself long enough to take the picture! The breakfast burrito is excellent also!! Try the combos with drink and chips. Each time I'm in the St. Augustine office, l'm sure to stop in at Vince's.

I met the real Vince! Stopped in for lunch and was super surprised! It is located in the lobby of the Ameris bank building, but don't let that fool you! Great food at a great price with amazing staff and service. Give it a shot if you're in the area, you will not be disappointed!

Who would have thought there would be a sandwich shop in a bank building? Saw this on Yelp and decided to find it. So glad we did. Sandwiches were delicious, reasonably priced and we were told the owner has been making sandwiches for 40 years! He certainly has perfected it. Don't miss this place.

Food was delicious and fresh, service was great, place was spotless. We will definitely be back! Friendly service. I couldn't decide between chicken, egg, or tuna salad, so I got one scoop of two of them (sandwich is also an option, but I chose the salad plate). Very tasty and produce was so fresh. My hubby had an egg breakfast sandwich he loved. And the whole place was extremely clean. Can't wait to return and try other menu items. Great affordable place for breakfast or lunch. Hidden gem. (Note- I almost let a 5 year old negative review deter me- glad I didn't! I'm super picky and this is easily one of the cleanest restaurants in St Aug. ) Great locally owned small business to support!

Working in the Ameris Bank building at Southpark, Vince's is always a dependable spot for lunch. Jason and Jessica provide fast and friendly service. The Italian combo and Cuban are not to miss personal favorites! Lots of options on the menu for whatever your preference may be and it's all made to order. There are lots of repeat customers from the area plus visitors, you won't be disappointed!

The service is great and the food is fantastic. Very fresh, and reminds me of when I was back North eating at the delis that I worked at by the shore- which couldn't be a higher complement. They don't try to do too much while still absolutely doing the best by their customers ! 10/10 sandwich shop, highly recommend!

We've been customers of Vince's Sandwich Shop since day one. Actually, I've been eating Vince's subs since the early 1980's when he had a sub shop in the Atlantis Plaza in Lantana, FL. We followed him over to Subtown, also in Lantana, when he and his partner, Paul Johnson, made subs there. I even worked for him there in the summer of 1989 making subs for him while on a break from college. Then he moved to St. Augustine and opened a sports bar. I ate there a few times whenever I was passing through, always getting an Italian combo. Once he moved to the current location on bank building, I found him there. Not stalking him, I promise, but he always made the best Italian combo I've ever had, and sometimes you just have to go out of your way for such things. I've been a resident of Atlanta, GA for the last 30 years, and my family always made a point of popping in to check on Vince and Doreen whenever we passed through St. Augustine. If you're a local, I envy you. Stop in. You definitely won't be disappointed. We'll be back to get one of these amazing sandwiches next week (even though he's now retired) as I'm sure they're just as ridiculously good as always.

Delicious sandwiches every time I go, especially the Cuban. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and there seems to be a lot of regulars. Everyone knows everyone's name. A great locally and family owned and operated sandwich shop in beautiful St. Augustine Florida.
