Venetian Nail Spa

I had a pedi mani on Saturday before leaving for a cruise. On Sunday 2 nails started peeling off and my Monday one whole hand was ruined... I had to peel off the whole thing. The water for my pedicure was cold.. there were a few extremely drunk patrons acting like they were in a bar...The person who did my nails was irritated and I could feel it with the way she was handling me... she was rough and Abrupt Now I do want to say I usually have a decent experience in here but overall it's a wild card....

First of all, the only reason I came to this salon is because I recieved a gift certificate as a Christmas gift. They recommended it and spoke highly of this place. I am feeling incredibly EMBARRASSED leaving this salon. My nails look alright, average, nothing to go crazy over (but cost me $95). The problem is that I had 5 people standing around me LAUGHING half the time I was there. So incredibly rude and made me feel awkward and embarrassed of my nail choice. I also asked her to fix one of the gems as it was crooked and I felt like she was upset with me?? Anyways, I will not be coming back here and I don't recommend it.

I arrived on time for my appointment and was immediately taken to a pedicure chair. The building itself is gorgeous. Kimberly took her time with my toes and did a good job. They offer complimentary water or wine.

I really hate doing this but I'm a loyal customer here and my concern has fallen on deaf ears. I brought my husband here for his birthday today. Special occasion! As soon as the water level rises I see toenails!! I immediately pull out my feet!! I tell " Peter" that it's dirty and his response was " not my job ". What?So, I tell one of the ladies working here and she ignores me and starts speaking to him to move my chair. In my new chair I see the same thing and take a picture- (notice that my feet are still dry and the liner is not placed yet)First of all, the dead skin and toenails were in both faucets, thus in the water!!!! His response "Sorry ". This is a health code issue! Fungus is real people!!! I'm just so sad to say that I am now looking for another nail salon until this issue is resolved.

I made a reservation for 3, and were served right away. All three of us were thrilled with our end result. I had Lilly, my daughter has Kevin, and my mom had Nancy.The atmosphere was also wonderful... calming music, nice decor, clean, and the pedicure area is separated nicely from the nail stations. We will be back for sure!

Very welcoming lynh was amazing and did my nails So nice .found my new nail salon and I will defeintly be making all my following nail appointments with lynh she was great and all the staff I recommend everyone to try this place so nice and relaxing . Very beautiful inside nail salon

I love this nail spa. The inside of the place is very clean. They have a lot of pedicure options. As they don't require reservations and take walk in, I would probably advise you to make a reservation. When you walk in, you check in through an pad with your phone number. When it comes to checking out, you tell them the last four of your phone number and they bring you the pad to checkout/pay. They offer a lot of services! pedicures, manicures, and eyebrow waxing,

The salon is always, clean, fresh and welcoming. The technician, John is always attentive and thorough in my pedicure. The owner is always available, pleasant and eager to please. You don't have to have an appointment to be cared for. Highly recommend this mail spa.

John is an amazing nail tech and goes above and beyond in his care. Kimberly is absolutely fabulous with pedicures!
