V Pizza - Jacksonville Beach

October 14-20, 2024 - Our extended family of 13 stayed in the local area for a week. We enjoyed the pizza and other offerings so much that various combinations of our family ate here 3 times. The MEATBALL SAN MARZANO was fabulous. The thin crust pizzas were delicious. Some of our favorites were the MARGHERITA V SIGNATURE PIZZA, the CARNIVORA PIZZA (ordered w/o onions), the FLYIN' HAWAIIAN PIZZA (loved by the kids), and the MAC ATTACK PIZZA (loved by the kids and a couple of the adults). There is a full bar with many selections of wine, specialty cocktails, house infused vodkas (the raspberry with soda water was outstanding), and lots of beer choices too. Plenty of nearby parking. If the waitstaff was more consistent it would be better. On one occasion our large group was using 2 different tables next to each other (no big deal), but the service was remarkably different between the 2 tables. The standout example was one table getting beverage orders taken and delivered before the other table even ordered. The same thing happened with the food ordering too. And at the end of the meals, both tables had to ask for the ticket/bill. And yes, both tables had the same waitress.

We ordered (2) orders of wings.The process of delivering the wings to the tables has to be changed. They grab them out of the oven, then run them to the tables which apparently are not marked. So we received someone else's wings, never received one order. Why are the orders not table marked?The server told us the other order would be 10-15 more minutes. She offered another order of wings free.We asked for the check for our beers. She then waited on two other tables so we left $ on the table and left.Do better!We love this place but the wings need to be handled better. The pizza is not just wandered around the seating area, try that process.

Excellent food, management is Amazing, caring staff, and a lively atmosphere. I highly recommend V Pizza to families and friends.Thank you V's for paying it forward. God bless you!!!Naomi

Artisan is the word id use to describe the food. The place is small, kind of a bit messy, the pizza may be a 9 or 10 but the place itself is a 6 or 7. Considering the location (Across the street from the beach) no one cares about the place. The pizza was EXCELLENT, Wings were unique, and delicious. When in Jax Beach, it's simply a must.

Finally I have tried V's pizza! I met up with friends at the bar before an event and I ordered the Bolognese Pizza- aka, meatball- so we could have food in our bellies before drinking and it was very yummy! So much so- I was just at another V's location a couple days ago and ordered the pizza again!

V Pizza is our go to family pizza spot. The manager, Florio, is the best. He always makes sure we have a great experience. We try not to miss any of his kids pizza classes. Highly recommend if you are looking to indulge in some yummy pizza with the very best ingredients.

Note that this review is exclusive to the Jax Beach location. I came here for a quick Saturday date night around 6pm, and while it was busy we were able to find a seat quickly. To the left of the entrance is a counter service by which they give you and number and you seat yourself in the dining room. However, there are waitresses in the dining room that will take your order and serve your food so I'm not entirely sure why they have two different service options. We ordered a 5 piece of their classic wings to share along with a pepperoni pizza. The wings arrived shortly after our order was placed and they were hot and delicious. Their signature wing comes with soft caramelized onions and has a slight sweetness without being an overly sticky honey-based glaze. Highly recommend ordering these. Afterwards, we were waiting on the pizza and began to notice that several tables who came after us had already received their meals. We waiting for a little while longer before I decided to go to the counter and polite inquire about our meal as it had been nearly an hour. The staff at the counter told me I needed to go ask the other where the pizzas were being picked up from. This was fine although I'd generally expect them to figure it out themselves since they're familiar with the process. I walked to the pizza area and asked a lady there who looked for our pizza and then left. I waited a little while longer before heading back to our table after being ignored. We waited about 15 minutes longer before it came out, I'm assumed they had to remake it after I had asked. The pizza itself was very good, they have a great tangy sauce and the cheese is nice and chewy without being rubbery. The edges generally come out crispy although I usually don't eat the charred crust. Overall, I recommend their food but their service was lackluster - at least at this location.

Maybe we went on a bad day or so but the best part about this place was the drinks that's it n the chicken is so burnt like u can barely taste flavor just burnt n the pizza was MID MID MID like it was kinda cold n just plain not even ranch would help it also it was kinda expensive spent around 60$ for pizza n wings n kids meal but 2 drinks for 30$ is crazy .

V Pizza is some of the best pizza in Jax. With multiple locations, there's sure to be a location near you. I've tried a few of their pizzas and they are all fantastic. On our last visit we ordered the V Signature Wings, Cry'n Hawaiian Wings, Piccante Pizza and the Flyin' Hawaiian Pizza. About 20 minutes after we ordered our wings arrived and about 10 minutes after that our Hawaiian Pizza. After another 20 minutes we asked for the status of the Piccante Pizza. We were told it was coming up. About 15 minutes later and a statement that we could see the screen and how long it had been since we ordered, they brought the second pizza. Everyone who came in after us had their orders of pizza, pasta, wings, etc. They forgot to make our pizza and had no urgency to try and get our pizza to us. They ended up refunding this pizza. This is one reason I'm not of fan of restaurants that require you to pay and tip before receiving your meal. The service goes down hill and no one usually cares about the quality of service. The food is very good. Everyone at our table of 4 loved the 2 varieties of wings and pizzas. The Cry'n Hawaiian were definitely my favorite. I like the food at V Pizza but the service leaves room for some serious improvement.

I love this location. I was craving a Philly cheesesteak and saw that their special was a Philly pizza. It did not disappoint. I usually order something with sausage, but I'm glad I tried it! The wings always slap!
