Was very excited to try the newly constructed location of Vs pizza in Fleming Island. When you walk into the place it is a big barn like structure built out with a bar and lots of minimal tables that are too small. The tables are too small to hold the large pizza racks that they place the pizza on when it is being delivered. No room for your plate or your drinks and you can't see each each other once the pizza has arrived.. There are a few booths which seem to be decent size.The customer service at the door was lacking. The hostess was not very polite. Would not help to explain the pizzas or the sizes. We ordered vegetarian pizza, which was very marginal with hardly any cheese and veggies just floating on a halfway cooked and wet crust. Barely half of each slice was covered with vegetables mostly just crust.I would say that the redeeming quality about this place is the outdoor area with benches and heaters and a little turfed section where you can sit and relax. Also, they had a very nice bar inside. See pictures.I would not recommend for a family dinner as it's more of a sit down - and eat very rushed and leave. Not comfortable and not inviting. It was fairly cool outside about 55 and it was freezing inside the building. A great place however for your college crew to sit and have some drinks and watch the game. This is the perfect place for that!

This is a nice little spot to come with the fam. The pizzas were good, I especially enjoyed the buffalo chicken pizza, delicious! We sat outside, it was a quiet day. There is a little fenced grass area for yard games and smaller containment are for younger kids lol. Genius to have an area for the kids so parents can actually enjoy their experience.

I know they have several different locations but this one is by far my favorite! I have yet to try a pizza from them that I don't enjoy. This location has an outside area that is perfect for families or anyone really but it made our visit much more enjoyable. I love how they have some different pizza flavors that are not part of the regular menu... can we please bring back the peach and goat cheese pizza? Service is always great, pretty quick and of course deliciousness in every bite

I came here on a Saturday night in Feb 2024 with my family (party of 8) for dinner. I liked the vibes when we entered (the beer garden, tap room, open atmosphere was awesome) but WOW this place was packed. It was also super confusing what the process was for being seated/whether we could seat ourselves and it wasn't until we went to the counter that the hostess clued us in that it was seat yourself once you ordered. With how crowded it was, it took us a while to find a table to eat and the restaurant felt super understaffed. Once we found a table, it took an extremely long time to ask someone to wipe down and bus our table. It was also really confusing that in spite of it being fast casual, we would order drinks with a waiter at a table rather than just going up to the bar. We also found that our drinks orders were messed up as well but the servers were super helpful and able to fix it immediately.I really liked the choice in beer this place had and my dad and I enjoyed the local beers we tried. The cocktails our table ordered were also delicious. For starters, we got a couple orders of cheesy bread which was pretty good and the pesto Mac and cheese which was SO delicious.We ordered 5 pizzas which was perfect + some leftovers. We had the Margherita Signature, Della Donne, a couple white pizzas, and the Paolo pizza. I liked the flavors and toppings of all of them (the white pizza and Della Donne were probably my favorites) but I found the crust to be a little doughy and some were a little unevenly cooked. Overall, I liked the vibes of V Pizza and the extensiveness of the menu (would def recommend for families or to grab a beer and watch a game) just need some fixes and consistency to the service!
