Went here with my uncle Jack, a graduate of UNF. The par 3 course was pretty decent for 23 bucks. The holes were pretty well spread out. Definitely a test to my beginner skills. Only negative is Watch out for poison ivy. I should've not reach in the woods for golf balls.

A bit run down driving range but you get to hit off of grass everyday except Wed & Thurs. Of course I was there on a Thursday... they have some type of machine that automatically tees up your ball for you on selected stalls on the left with mats. Putting green is quite trashed, they need to trim the surrounding trees to allow more sunlight for the grass. Bunker has decent sand, quite a high lip for beginners though. Pitching area allows you to do up to 25 yd shots. They also have a 4 hole course that you can play unlimited times for $10/visit.

I should have read the description closer online before thinking it was a 18hole course attached to a college. I was cruising around and decided to drop in for a quick afternoon round instead of waiting in rush hour afternoon traffic in Jax. What I thought was a $10 round... surely turned into something different! This is truly a practice facility with a couple areas for short game and the range. Certain days of the month you can hit on the grass vs on mats. There are "four" holes, and VERY poorly kept. The greens are terrible, and there is really no grass at all on the tee box... and... it's just pretty not so great if you wanted to practice on the "course". I can't say much for the practice areas, but there was a lot going on and filled with a ton of people - students, older adults, and even children. I kept telling myself that the cost to play was to benefit the students, so I couldn't get mad at the money wasted. Go if you need practice I suppose!

The UNF Golf Complex since being under new management has completely transformed to host fantastic events. My organization came here and we were able to have a fundraising event with over 150 people. We decided to do a putting competition but the course offers the putting green, a par 3 course, and driving range. Much more opportunity for play than Top Golf. They offered beverages at great prices too. This would be a great event space for clubs and businesses. Will be planning more events here in the future.

Hubby wanted to hit some balls before a work tournament. Originally set out to Top Golf but it was insanely busy (expensive too). While he ran inside Top Golf I googled 'driving range near me', UNF was less than 6 miles away. I called and spoke to a nice gentleman who encouraged us to visit. Quickly changed our plans and drove over, what a great facility, again very nice man helping as well. Completely recommend.

I've been playing and practicing here weekly for the last two years. But the course is moving to new management and the signs are not good. The quality of the facilities has been on the decline recently. The driving range has been mats only for 3+ months (even on weekends) and when I asked one of the staff, they said this is the request of new management. Today I was informed that they no longer allow the use of range balls in the putting and chipping area. I've never seem that at any other course I've played. And as someone who likes to bring a few club in a carry bag, this is frustrating. The instructors are great here (shoutout to Boots) and the staff has always been friendly. But given the decline in facilities and the fact that daylight savings is in a few weeks, I don't see myself coming back. There are a lot of other courses near by that can offer similar pricing and better facilities.

UNF golf complex is under new management and the par three course is great. They are investing a lot of time and money into improving the condition of the practice facilities and the atmosphere is awesome!

Used driving range & putting green. Arrived 4:45p. Got busy ~5:45. Good place to hone stokes. Wish I had gone to a university with a similar facility.

This is a perfect place to refine your game, great short range area, great covered driving range. The course is only four holes, but for a place to practice each hole offers a variety of areas that are great for practicing.
