Un Poco Loco

Excellent service. Special order not an issue. Truck was clean based on what we witnessed. Chicken Fajita burrito with mild salsa and chips was hot, fresh and delicious. Lots of flavor and would definitely order from them again!

I saw this new truck, Un Poco Loco, at my church's Eggstravaganza. The reviews were good so I gave them a try.I ordered the chicken quesadilla and guac and chips. There were four pieces of the quesadilla of which I could only eat two for lunch. The chicken was seasoned nicely and there was a good portion. I liked the lettuce, tomato and sour cream on the side but wish there had been just a little more.The guac and chips were fresh! The guacamole was seasoned with just the right amount of salt. I loved it! I only ate half so I could finish the rest today LOL!With the meal you get a few chips and yummy salsa as well as green sauce. The staff were friendly and working as fast as they could because they were the busiest food truck. I waited about 7 minutes for my lunch. Not bad. And my quesadilla was wrapped in foil so it was still warm when I got home. I would absolutely recommend trying out this new food truck if you like amazing Mexican food!

Excellent food. I had a steak burrito. My friends had a burrito bowl and the other tacos. All of us really like our food. I would highly recommend this food truck.

Delicious! So many options that I couldn't decide what to get, so I ordered a couple things off the menu. 1. Chicken fajitas - big portion. I made it two meals. Chicken had good flavor and was juicy. 2. Shrimp tacos - amazing! Loved with the verde sauce! Came with chips, beans, and rice. 3. Fish burrito bowl - my boyfriend cannot stop talking about it! Fish was tilapia. We will be returning next time it is in the area! Would even drive a little farther to have it again! Everything tasted so good and was fresh!

Got 3 Tacos 2 al Pastor and 1 shrimp taste, temperature and texture excellent. Guatemalan style food truck that you should try. Lived in the west coast for many years which allowed me to try Mexican and Central American cuisine often. Andrea took my order and was so friendly.

15/10 best tacos in Jacksonville hands down. My wife and I will literally track this food truck down from their Instagram story just to see where they are at. Any time we see them, that's what's for dinner.
