I've given this business and multiple locations a try. I really want to like them I think they are black owned but they are mediocre at best... that's being generous. Customer service is also basically nonexistent.They are very affordable, like beyond reasonably priced. Get a good amount of food for what you pay.They don't have sweet tea and even though that's a small thing... it's a big deal to me. This the south I also expect sweet tea everywhere I go. It's how I get my caffeine I don't drink soda.

Ordered a #16 with banana pudding. I deducted 2 stars because the cashier forgot the special sauce for the shrimp. The food was nice and hot though. Don't ever forget the bang bang sause@

The young lady working the counter was just as sweet as can be! She made our first visit a pleasure. The Chicken Philly Sub is very tasty and we enjoyed all the sides we ordered. We will be back- and soon!

This Tunis is Trash the best one is on the west side off 103rd.$20 out the window.. there was a hair in my philly cheese.. man I'm so mad because Tunis is so good but I only been to the one on the west side so I give this one a try hell no never again You are guaranteed to have a order missing The Fríes taste like they were microwaved smh Long story short the food here taste like Corona Virus

I used to come here often in 2020 but I haven't been in a couple of months so I decided to stop by and order some of my usuals last night which is a 10piece tender and fries a fish sub and a 30piece shrimp special, sounds good right! It was awful, they screwed my order completely up the only thing that was right was my shrimp, they gave me a 10piece bone in wings and a fish sub with sooo many mushrooms and onions I don't even think there was fish on it. The sub was only supposed to have lettuce, RAW Onion, mustard and they said they would provide tarter sauce packs which had none of that on there. After multiple attempts of reaching out to them last night after I got home I finally got ahold of someone this morning that told me I had to bring ALL OF THE FOOD FROM LAST NIGHT BACK THE NEXT DAY, Which I'd Already thrown most of in the trash my kids played over a lot of it instead of eating it. Because they didn't like it and I have pictures of the sub below. This place used to be my favorite but that experience made me not even want a remake on my food because they made it seem like it was MY FAULT AND THATS JUST TOO UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ME!!!

I usually love our Tunis food. This time was super disappointing. All the food was cold and they didnt mix the hot wings with sauce they gave us packets. They also forgot to include tartar sauce I cant eat my friend shrimp without it. I wont let this time stop from ordering again. I hope it was just an off night and not a total change in staff.

The gyros , scallops and wings are all great. Nice portioned salads as well. If your looking for a large portion of deep fried seafood Tunis is a good value and will leave your tummy full.

i ordered something online and it was made wrong and they refused to remake it bc they would have to pay for it and the main thing that was in it i have an allergy to online does not list the particular ingredient information they were very rude i spent $40 with them i will never recommend or come to this location again

If you want to be mistreated as a customer please visit this establishment. Lived in this area for 2yrs. before I gave it a shot. Initially the food was good for the price. But if you have an issue with your order your in for a shock. Even when you place a order via uber eats which is done electronically & it's printed out if, they get it wrong somehow it's your fault, no apologizes, if you go through the drive through & they get it wrong its your fault the cook comes to the drive through window & tells you what you ordered & gives you a menu, really. If you ask for your food not to be over fried(wings dry as sand paper) its your fault. Mainly chain fast food restaurants deserve my hard earned money any day over this so called restaurant.
