Food: Beautiful on the outside AND inside. We had the chef's choice breakfast board which is randomized for EACH customer; it's a surprise even for the waiters. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise including crispy seasoned hash browns, oblonged shaped pancakes stuffed with hidden bacon, more bacon, browned French toast, shrimp and grits, and fruits. Everything on the board was exceptional. The only critique I would give are the grits; it needed more salt which I simply adjusted with table salt on the side. Very reasonably priced for the board; $30 and fed 2 people. Service: Standard nice waitress that checked frequently. Ambiance: colorful with the LGBT decor, plants, and wall art (even the menu had some fun LGBT items haha). The only critique I would give is the odor of the place, but maybe it was because we were seated near the bathroom.Edit: forgot to mention I RARELY give 5/5 reviews and I rarely eat breakfast/brunch, but this place made me realize breakfast can be great and not just some generic IHOP or maple street. Please show this local shop some love especially if you stop near the beach!!

Food was good, service amazing, and ambiance lively and fun! Came for drag brunch hosted by Lady Visaya and the show was ON POINT! SO much fun. I totally recommend coming for a drag brunch! Ordered the Crab Cake Benedict and it was good but could've used a bit more salt. The hollandaise sauce was creamy and serving size was good. The side of grits was creamy too, but I asked for cheese in my grits and didn't get any. I would still try more on their menu for sure. The service was awesome. They were attentive and friendly! The drag show was the main event and Lady Visaya was the star of the show! So beautiful and absolutely entertaining. Had so much fun watching the performance to hit 2000s songs. Very nostalgic. The crowd was fun and diverse and the show was interactive. Go here for a fun brunch day!

Don't waste your time... There are plenty of good places around you could go to instead.Here's my story: I ordered the "Go Jags" breakfast and was extremely disappointed. It automatically comes with "two scrambled eggs" and i ordered a 3rd for extra protein, but what came out was a pile of foamy mush. I asked the server if they are "real eggs" and she reluctantly told me "they're from a box" and said "I tried to warn you" referring to when she asked me "... and scrambled eggs?" To which I had replied "that's what comes with it, right?" She said "yes" and there was no further conversation. She then offered to take them back and send out fried eggs. I was grateful and requested them over-medium. Not only did they never come, but after eating most of my mediocre meal (ultra processed sausage patties, hashbrown rectangles, and paper thin bacon that was over-cooked), but she charged me full price for the meal when I asked for the check. I was very frustrated, but didn't make a scene or anything. Just closed it out. Tipped her 18% because I'm still a gentleman and this wasn't necessarily her fault. HOWEVER, after closing out and still NEVER receiving my eggs (they never came out after about 15-20 minutes), I did say "Charging me full price for this is hilarious and ridiculous.". She said she agreed but never did anything about it. The food is bad. The service is worse. And they'll charge you full price for 1/2 a meal.

I'm not sure about celiac safety - however I had the not your basic b**ch hash browns and they were good. The vegetarians were very happy, the little one was beyond spoiled and the carnivores were in heaven!Prices are on par with portion sizes. Food was fresh, service was friendly and on top of everything! Inside was quaint, fun and clean! Jhada provided good service and was helped by another who was equally as good. :)

Food is nothing special and eggs taste like they were poured from a box. Poor value. Slow service. Don't go. Save your money or go to Grumpy's or Brunch Haus. Honestly surprised this place didn't close down during COVID but guess price inflation (and quality decline) is keeping it alive (at the unsuspecting diner's expense).

I like the concept of a charcuterie board for breakfast and no one does it like Tulua Bistro. I would give it 5 stars as the food is fenomenal, but the last time we went there the service wasn't the best. We ordered the unlimited mimosas ($25.00) which after ordered our server told us we had 30 minutes left to order more mimosas. Then proceeded to tell us that we were only allowed one mimosa per person at the time, but other tables around us had servers bringing them multiple mimosas. We ended up having 3 per person. Our server was as well would disappear and we had to try to get his attention multiple times to get refills and order our food. The board we ordered was great, we enjoyed our food, but I felt like our experience this time was not worth the money we paid.

The food at Tulua's is absolutely amazing. You get great service from the staff and the whole place is a great experience. The plating of the food is really well done and brings in a feel all it's own. You come in for a drink and just chill. Great place for date night.
