Tough Guys Cookies & Sweets

I could have sworn I previously posted a review. But, just in case, let me do it (again?). This establishment was welcoming and the staff very helpful. I got my free cookie and then decided to get a selection for a birthday celebration. I just loved the idea of giving a friend, who is into being "manly," a box of "Tough Guy" cookies! We all loved them! Definitely a wonderful gift for anyone!!

Friendly greeting as soon as we entered the store! Cookies are delicious and soft. Great coffee and Ice Cream too! Indoor and outdoor seating available. Great place just outside Oakleaf Town Center to enjoy a treat with friends or family!

I like a few others went for a Yelp event. What a lovely store front. The smell of cakes and cookies are what dreams are made of. I was gifted a small individual box of their seasonal cookies and a mini bundt cake. Bert, one of the owners, greeted us with an inviting smile. Unfortunately, I was unable to eat the cookies (tree nut allergy), so we purchased a snickerdoodle, peanut butter and toffee (for the wife) cookies. The snickerdoodle was AMAZING! We had them warm, right out of the oven. E ate her toffee cookie without speaking a word, only her eyes rolling back in her head with delight. My only issue is, I wish they would have a location over the bridge and would have longer hours for those late night cravings.

I came here for the elite yelp event. And it was a great experience! The establishment was so clean and smelled so good, literally like cookies. We checked in and received their elite gifts. It was a Bundt cake and some sample cookies. I also purchased a half dozen box of cookies and a blueberry lemonade. First off, the lemonade was SO GOOD! Didn't even get a pic because it didn't make it through the parking lot. lol For my cake I chose the red velvet and the owner confirmed no chocolate chips, which is perfect for me. Everything literally is so good. The owner was also super cool! Will definitely be back to try the other items. This literally may be my new cookie spot!

When we walked in the smell of fresh baked cookies made me smile so big. There were 3 men behind the counter who were so friendly and just seemed like they loved their jobs. They told us about all of the items they have which include cookies, coffee, ice cream and Bundt cakes. We placed our order and went to find a table. I love that the color scheme is for the jaguars. Definitely a local place and I can't wait to go back.

Very friendly staff and a clean and inviting atmosphere. It was bright and a fun vibe. The cookies are huge and served warm.

The best cookies around the Oakleaf area for sure!!! I don't know how they do it but their cookies are always on point every time I've been there. I've been here about 6-7 times already! Staff is always nice and helpful, shop is always clean as well. They have other items on the menu such as shakes and cookie sandwiches too! Check their hours on their site or Facebook page before you head over because sometimes their shop may be closed or have updated hours. I usually buy a dozen of the cookies. I believe a dozen runs for $24 which is like $2 a cookie. But these cookies are massive!!! They're about the size of your palm and baked to perfection, with gooey centers and crispy outer edges! Just like how we love our cookies. Here are my ratings for the cookies:Chocolate chip: 8.5/10 - gooey, lots of chocolate chips, and melts in your mouth. Wished it was a little sweeter but that's my preference since I love cookies to be on the sweeter side! Chocolate chip with pecans: 9/10 - our favorite cookie!! I love how the pecans adds a nice crunch and texture with chocolate chips. A really great combination!Confetti: 7/10 - I'm not a sprinkles in your cookies kind of gal but it does taste like the birthday cake flavor. My SIL loved it and she's loves anything birthday cake flavored. Snickerdoodle: 7/10 - a solid cinnamon spiced cookie. I don't really eat snickerdoodles a lot but this one had a nice cinnamon topping to cookie ratio. Peanut butter: 9/10 - another one of our favorites! The peanut butter was very prominent in the cookie and it was very enjoyable! The peanut butter works so well in the cookie and we found ourselves wanting more. M & Ms- 6.5/10 - wished they added more M & Ms to the cookie as it only had like a few pieces throughout the whole cookie. I love lots of M & Ms in my cookies because I love the crunch of them when I bite down but sadly, this one missed the mark. Still tasted good though. White chocolate macadamia nut: 8/10 - lots of macadamia nuts and white chocolate chips throughout the cookie! I enjoyed this one as well! It brings me back to when I was in college and baking batches of these cookies for a bake sale. Tastes homemade and the flavor was spot on. Oatmeal raisin: 7/10 - tasted great! The texture was spot on of a traditional oatmeal cookie. I could taste the oats and the sweetness of the raisins in it! If you like oatmeal cookies, then this is the cookie for you!! Overall, we will continue to come here for our cookie fix! I do want to try other things on their menu like their shakes and cookie sandwiches! Definitely try this place out!

If you are looking for a good dessert, mainly a good cookie- this is the place for you! Kid friendly, nice and clean atmosphere. Friendly staff and did I mention the cookies will give your grandmother a run for her money lol. If you're in the oakleaf area check them out or check their food truck schedule to see when they will be in an area near you.

The cookies here are hands down the best tasting in the area. The problem is this place never is open. I don't know how many times I have drove over there just to find it is closed. You can order online at time according to Facebook, but I only want 1 cookie at a time when it's warm. Too much work when I just want to satisfy my simple craving.

best cookies in jacksonville , they are made fresh every time... hands down i have tried many cookies and there aren't any cookies like these. amazing amazing
