If the local Hondurans love it there is a high probability it's good. This was one of the main reasons for stopping by Tipicos. They seem to have a solid following in the area. Besides, I just had to try another culture's take on Tacos. I had the chicken Tacos and I enjoyed them. There were lots of great flavors from the pickled onions peppers and cheese. The chicken was wrapped in the tortillas and covered in all the toppings. Give them a try if you're in the mood for something a little different from your regular tacos.

Good price and good taste. Most of the time they have bilingual speakers to make things more inviting to people who do not speak Spanish. Give them a chance if you like intense flavors and hearty helpings.

Amazingly delicious, this is authentic Honduran food it brought back memories of my childhood when I visited my grandparents. Service was excellent, it was so delicious I digged in without taking any pictures. The Horchata is made with morra rice which is way better tasting than the Mexican horchata. Definitely will be a regular customer.

I came to this particular restaurant after seeing an average of four and a half stars on yelp and the fact that they had Honduran food. I was hoping that they would have papusas (somewhat of an obsession for me), but alas not. Or at least I assume not as I did not see papusas on the menu. I will say that there is a serious language barrier. So much so that a very nice gentleman had to translate my order for me. I ended up going with the baleadas, which this gentleman described to me as something like a taco. I asked him if they were small and if I should get two. His English was also not the best and he said yes. Obviously, something got mistaken in the interpretation because these things were huge.I would liken them more to a burrito than a taco and one would have been more than sufficient. I ordered one with carne asada and the other with chorizo. There was not a lot of meat with them, but they had avocado, egg, refried beans and more inside so they definitely fill you up. I will say that I preferred the carne asada to the one with chorizo. Maybe if they had the prices advertised, I would have guessed one would be enough. Anyway, they were six dollars each and after tax, my order was just over thirteen dollars. I don't know how taxes work, but I guess they charged me for using my credit card, as well. I ate my lunch in my car. This is a food truck and they have a few tables, but I would suggest that you plan on taking it to go or eating it in your car.As I said, the food was good and the overall experience was definitely a positive one. I would recommend that you check this place out.

Never disappointed with the food. Im Honduran so i know exactly what to expect from these dishes. My personal favorite is the "tacos hondurenos" . The only thing i can complain about is how the horchata is a hit or miss depending on the day. Sometimes i can tell when it was made authenticically and other days i can tell when it was made instant. Also it would be nice if they sold a smaller cup size for their beverages.

I drive past this all the time, and if that's you too, you have got to stop by and try the food. My wife and I had the carne asada and the pescado frito (fried whole tilapia). As the pictures show they give you a lot of ensalada (shredded cabbage) on top of the dish along with pico, beans, and plantains on the side. It was really good. Apparently the baleadas are really popular, because that's what everyone who was ordering was getting. And it was very authentic and popular with people of the culture (that's a way I know that it's authentic and good. If everyone who is going to a Honduran restaurant is Honduran or Central American, then it's good and authentic). This place is good. The food is great! Just go and try it.

Must say I was impressed with this place. I always see it packed when driving by, so figured I'd check it out. Got the burrito and a Coke for nine dollars, which is a good price. The burrito was very good... Never had one with avocado before, but it added some flavor. The young man who helped me was very sweet, and explained The menu items as I don't speak Spanish. I recommend checking out. They only have outdoor seating, but very clean and shaded for the summer sun
