Tide Sugar Boba Tea

This is my favorite boba place in town for a couple of reasons. They have delicious fruit and boba teas, amazing egg custard tarts and baked treats, but mainly it's because they use Organic milk for their milk teas. I use organic dairy at home and always feel icky having to use non organic when ordering a dairy item when out of house, I was so happy to discover this wonderful little shop. Located in one of the buildings in front of the Publix at Deer lake commons, located near corner of Southside Blvd and Touchton rd. The shop is clean and the employees at counter are friendly, there's a large menu with many delicious drink choices and snacks. I highly recommend this establishment

The atmosphere at this boba tea shop is undeniably cute, with a fun space-themed decor and small souvenirs for sale on the side. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended for us. We visited on a Sunday afternoon, and the place was completely dead--no customers and no one at the counter until the ring on the kiosk came in. Ordering was done through a kiosk, and after placing our order, we waited an unusually long time for what we got.We tried the mian mian ice (similar to bingsu), which was tasty and well-made, but the crepe was a major disappointment. Despite being highly advertised, it was prepackaged, cold, and so small that it felt like an afterthought. The boba tea was another letdown--my strawberry mochi drink tasted strangely salty, which made me question if something had gone wrong during preparation.As much as I wanted to like this mom-and-pop shop, the service was lackluster. The person at the counter looked completely disinterested, which only added to the overall disappointment. I love supporting small businesses, but this experience left me feeling let down. Two stars for the cute decor and the mian mian ice, but there's a lot of room for improvement.

Have visited twice now and I will say I've never had a boba shop that made me want to buy a second as soon as I finished my first drink. If you like lemon then I strongly recommend getting the hand beat lemon tea, it comes with jellies and popping boba. The melon boba tea is equally delicious with nice soft and chewy boba. When you walk inside you can order at the kiosk or at the front. They have many different options and as well as pastries. The egg tart is also yummy! Definitely give this place a try.

From what I'm told, Tide Sugar Boba Tea opened it's doors on July 31st. Quite a shocker, because I did not hear much about it. They are located in same strip as Brass Tacks Coffee shop. Best thing about Tide Sugar Boba Tea is they are one of the very few Boba shops on Southside Blvd. And I am thankful that they did not open shop on Beach Blvd which is littered with so many Boba shops.Walking inside, I love the atmosphere, the ambience and the decorations. It has abit of space theme to it.They have 2 ordering kiosks that you can use to place your orders, which allows you to customize your drink. We ordered their Boba Milks and Fresh Fruit Teas. Per taste impressions...one of the best Boba drinks I've had, nicely mixed, not overly sweet like some other Boba shops. Reasonable prices, delicious drinks. 3 exciting items they also have...- Croffles (the hybrid of Croissant and Waffle)- Mian Mian Ice: similar to Taiwanese Shaved Ice, which is shaved ice in a snowflake consistency, which not many shops serve here locally.- Mochi Donuts: not many shops offered in Jax.Now add excellent service and friendly staff, on a great location. What more can you ask for?

Cute little boba spot off Southside. Service was quick, I was able to order right away and my Thai boba tea was good. The cheese bread I got however was not. It wasn't even edible. I ended up throwing it away. Will definitely need to improve the bread and pastry selection.

OBSESSED !! Randomly came across this place and went two days in a row ! I basically tried everything and was not disappointed at all the boba texture is amazing, and all flavors are on point inside is also super cute and cozy

Great find. After eating at the sushi place next door we decided to walk and try this boba place. Place is pretty spacious and clean. They have the usual boba drinks but they also have unique desserts. The croff we ordered has a light pastry with buttery flavor. Boba drinks are customizable which is nice.

This is my new boba obsession!! I love that I can customize my drink, especially the sugar level. The matcha and chocolate malt brown sugar milk teas have been in my regular rotation. I haven't tried any of the food yet. But I look forward to trying their sweet and savory treats too.

This place has awesome boba with a wide variety of boba, Ice cream, Cheesecake and a huge bakery. The service was amazing with super nice employees. Definitely and place I'm coming back too.

Discovered this place while searching for a new boba place to check out. Honestly, it was pretty good for our first time in. The drinks were tasty and the atmosphere was cute. Definitely would come back again to try the other items on the menu!
