Did a couples massage this past Saturday. When we arrived, we were shown the locker rooms and changed into our robes and slippers. The meditation area where we waited for the massage was quaint and serene, think Japanese garden vibes. The massage itself was not the best either of us have had but it was decent. The best part was after we got to sit in a private room with a glass of wine and chocolate.

Fantastic spa experience! I had a custom facial by Sofia and it was so amazing and relaxing. My skin looks and feels phenomenal!! Fabulous products and service, highly recommend! They have amazing steam showers as well. Fabulous relaxation area with a running fountain and glass window views.

My husband and I just received 50 minute massage treatments here today as a part of our annual Amelia Island getaway. This is our first time at the Omni spa and what I really love is that my masseuse, Hannah, was incredibly skilled and helped relieve tons of stress-related tension. I am used to the spas at the major hotels like the Ritz and Waldorf in Orlando, where there are whirl pools, dry and wet, saunas, and much more amenities in the bathrooms for people to enjoy. That said, the good thing about reserving a service at this spot is that you will likely not be disappointed with the quality of your service. We will be back for sure.

Got a massage. Although overpriced, the massage was great. Elizabeth was my therapist and she was so sweet and welcoming. Definitely made my whole party feel comfortable

I have been going to the Omni Amelia Island Spa for years and for the most part I am satisfied. If you are local, they offer a local discount typically Monday and Tuesday and sometimes an additional day is added. I love when that day is Sunday. The Spa is clean, inviting, and relaxing BUT it does lack several things I enjoy at other spas. They need a pool, a hot tub, and most importantly the ability to have food and adult beverages. A Spa Day needs these essentials! I enjoyed my aromatherapy massage on Monday. But again, I would have enjoyed some champagne and cheese and crackers too. If local or staying at the resort, it's worth a visit.

This spa is extremely expensive for what you get. When I think of a spa, I expect to have quiet lounge areas, hot tubs, dry saunas, steam rooms, outdoor lounge chairs...unfortunately aside from the steam showers, this spa has none of these amenities. It's a massage or facial, a shower, and you're done. No more relaxing for you. It's worth mentioning that there is also a bathroom attendant. I'm sure a lot of people see this as a luxury, but I just find it creepy to have someone following you around in the bathroom when all you want to do is change your clothes and take a shower. Not relaxing for me.We had a mix up on reservation details despite my confirming the reservation the day before. My husband didn't think that he got the Deep Tissue Sports massage that we paid for. He thought it was more of a traditional Swedish but with not great pressure. My Swedish massage was fine too, but nothing exceptional. Disappointing.

I love coming to the Spa at Amelia Island Plantation for monthly pedicures. Betty is the absolute best pedicurist I've ever had. In this time of social distancing and such, Betty takes her time in a private room to do the spa pedicure, which is extremely detailed and time consuming, and most of all quiet (not like other nail salons, where there is a crowded room of people having services done). I've had treatments at other hotels on the island, and I can honestly say, that for pedicures, this is the best place in the area, and priced really well for the time spent on the service.Betty takes extreme care and time with me each time I've been here, and her pedicures LAST. I went from March 2020, then because of Covid-19, couldn't get another pedicure until July 2020, and I was able to paint over my toe nails and make it work in between. As I said, Betty is wonderful and will take great care of your pedicure needs and she does facials as well. I will continue to return as long as Betty is working at the spa. One of my favorites on Amelia Island.

It was okay. The place is nice but I have to say that the prices are a bit inflated for the type of service I received. I got a facial- it was nice enough but nothing so special that I should've paid $140 for. Then they add 19% service gratuity on top of that. So I walked out of there paying somewhere around $165 for a so-so 50 minute facial. It was a quiet escape but I doubt I will pay to come back. Perhaps the Spa at the Ritz Carlton down the road would be more worth the price.

The spa was very clean and there were attendants ready to assist my every request. I got a facial by an excellent therapist Michelle. She was very good and our conversation was awesome. She told me of landmarks to go see and I went and loved the recommendations. Sean was my reiki therapist and he is the real deal. He even predicted the gender of my baby correctly. It has been a few weeks but my chakras still seem clear and I'm still very energized. I will can't wait to see them both again. I didn't give 5 stars because I love a hottub and steam. The spa would have been 5 stars with those facilities added.

While my Reflexologist, Ashley, was phenomenal - professional and very good - the spa itself was one of the worst parts about this beautiful resort. No one tells you when you book $100+ massage that there is no other facilities at the actual Spa. Sure, you could have a cup of lame tea, sit in a "quiet room" take a shower or go to the bathroom, but that's it pretty much it. Your hot tub? Sauna? Located about 2 miles away. In the Fitness Center where the tennis courts are located. And you need to literally get dressed and get on a bus to get there. Nowhere in that building are other spa services. I understand that not every single Omni Hotel is lucky enough to have, say, something like the Omni Grove Park Inn Spa but no-one warned us when we booked our services that the extras normally included in a Spa Day were off location. It really brought our relaxed sense to a grinding end. Thanks for practically nothing (No offense Ashley, you were great)!!
