The Raintree Restaurant

The location was very convenient to my hotel. I had an early reservation so there were few customers. I think this contributed to the excellent service. On my way out, I saw that it had gotten very busy in spite of it being a Tuesday evening.I had the grilled swordfish which was served with some rice and green beans. The portion sizes were just right. And the salmon was cooked perfectly.I could not say no to the bourbon bread pudding. Outstanding and worth every calorie!

Last night's dinner at Raintree Restaurant was probably one of the best meals we have ever had. It was my first time having Beef Wellington and Crispy Peking Duck, and it was amazing! The restaurant itself was beautiful and welcoming, especially with all of the holiday decor. Highly recommend to anyone visiting St Augustine!

I just absolutely love dining at this establishment during the Christmas season. They decorate so nicely and it's in beautiful Saint Augustine historic downtown. The vibe is always festive and fun. And it's just a lovely place. The food is excellent and spot on every time. Service is good too.You can make reservations. And please do because they are always busy. Their hours vary as they are family owned and operated. Please check and make sure they are open when you want to go.There's a huge patio outside for alfresco dining. It's on the water, the perfect location! Unlike many places in Saint Augustine Beach, you can park free right at the restaurant they have their own private parking area. This in itself is a huge plus! I'll leave you here with some yummy photos of our dinner. As well as they're fantastic chocolate espresso martinis! Enjoy! This is a good venue to visit all year round!They will add an automatic 15% gratuity to your bill. But I decided to give an extra 5% because the experience was so worth it!

We are in town visiting good friends. They informed that it's one of the best. They were right. We came for Valentines dinner. It is nicely decorated. It had so many rooms. As far as the food, it was fantastic. Service was great. The Beef Wellington was incredible. I haven't been any where that serves this dish. The menu gave you a few varieties which makes this restaurant unique.

This place is fabulous! The groom's family of the wedding I was part of had a rehearsal dinner here and it was lovely. We had the room on the second floor of the restaurant all to ourselves. Several banquet style tables were set up and the room was done up beautifully. There were several staff that were assigned to our room and they were pretty attentive. We had wine/beer that was available to us and we pre-picked our main course when replying back to the invitation for the rehearsal dinner. I chose the steak and it was incredible. We did start with a salad that was quite refreshing and light and it paired well with the steak. The place itself is classic American and just has a really nice aesthetic all around. I would definitely come back here on my next trip for a nice dinner and try their menu à la carte.

Everything was amazing!! Our waiter Kit made it so memorable and special! Our valentines weekend was amazing.

Casual elegance. Old world charm. Beautiful location a Victorian House. We were seated on the porch. Our server Kit was amazing, he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We visited for brunch. Lovely experience will visit the Raintree when we return to St Augustine

Raintree is the best! We had such a wonderful time. We were seated outside on a beautiful day. Both inside and outside of the restaurant were wonderfully decorated for the holidays. We went for Sunday brunch for a birthday, and they even wrote a cute little card they dropped off at our table! The chicken and waffles were delicious. The sandwiches were great, too! And even better service. We will certainly return when we visit.

Lucy Partyka, a native of an Italian neighborhood, recommended this place for authentic Italian.I had the Chefs Special, pasta and grouper. Good flavors and presentation.It was the sauce that stood out despite moist well cooked grouper.I agree with Lucy, a great place to eat.Pricing is what you would expect in a tourist area.Good service and a great calm atmosphere.4.5 stars, only because they need room to grow

Spectacular service from Kit the waiter which included a personal birthday serenade. It was over the top but made for a special memory none the less. Everything was perfectly paced and the food was very yummy. The restaurant was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the whole experience was delightful. My favorite part has to be the pricing on the menu. As every other restaurant has inflated their prices to the max of viability, the Raintree has not. They are still offering amazing food, lovely ambiance, and spectacular service for a reasonable price. I cannot wait to go back!
