The Learning Experience - Jacksonville River City

Hands down best early childhood education center in Jacksonville... and we have tried out and toured many. I could go on and on but here are the highlights.1. My 4 year old son is reading... and loves it! He is adding and subtracting and still has another year before he goes into Kindergarten. 2. My daughter entered Kindergarten prepared for not only what she needed to know for Kindergarten but was well above her class. 3. The owners and teachers love my kids as if they were their own and my children walk into this school everyday excited and smiling and excited to learn.4. Ms. Allison and Ms. Annie are the best and are ALWAYS available. If you want top notch education in a loving environment, I would HIGHLY recommend TLE.

The Learning Experience River City is absolutely amazing! The teachers Ms. Patricia, Ms. Corriona and Ms. Hayden have made my little angels transition into this center seamless. This has been the BEST educational experience thus far. The location is very clean, and everyone is so friendly. My daughter is 2 and is reaching all of her milestones! She is being challenged educationally and can't wait to get there each morning. THIS WAS NOT HAPPENNING IN HER OTHER SCHOOL. My daughter loves her teachers! She is making friends and I am beyond happy! GREAT JOB TO THE STAFF!

I really can't speak highly enough of this daycare. Our son is 2 and has been attending TLE since he was 10 weeks old. He's had amazing teachers all along the way. He loves his teachers Ms. Teresa and Ms. Maegen. He's a super active kid and they really take the time to keep him occupied and learning at a fast pace. He is happy to go to school every day, and if that's not an indication of the great care he's getting, then I don't know what is!! We love TLE & Ms Teresa and Ms Maegen!

We removed our 2yo child from this school and it was the best decision we've made. Let me first say this place is exceptionally clean. The administration staff is caring and kind. And were very willing to listen to my concerns. The issue is with the teachers. I witnessed them yelling and clapping their hands in a 2 year olds face chanting "no one wants to hear you cry, stop crying". The child was shamed and belittled in front of everyone while she sobbed in tears.Also, my out-going 2 year old spent 2 months there and never spoke of her teacher by name. Where we relocated from she chatted about her teacher all the time. When we moved her from TLE to the new center she told me she like Mrs. Maria on the 2nd day. Dropping off was never smooth. My child and I would walk into the class, the teachers would not acknowledge me or my child- Even during her first week. I would set her up for breakfast and say bye and watch through the window. She was on her own to eat breakfast on her own. No help, no comfort, no compassion for a new 2 yo. There were other issues, like the teachers unable to speak proper English and would use slang/half words. Their "best teacher" was one who didn't even say hello when we came into the room.The list goes on. It's a shame they have the staff they do.

Negative vibe from initial phone call. Was really hoping to have TLE be the place for my child... website is great, very informative, and inviting. Staff contact debunked my initial impression sadly.Just negative vibe when speaking to Allison during tour scheduling. Also spoke to Ms. Jasmine, she was kind and very helpful but had to clear information through Allison everytime we spoke.Seemed as though there was no leeway in accommodating a 10 minute tour according to Ms. Allison because they are extremely busy which I completely understand...however, an establishment should have the ability to accommodate prospective families ...this is basic to running any business...a set weekly tour schedule coupled with designated tour guide maybe - or simply keep your word . It's basic business principles. I called and confirmed with Ms. Allison time window SHE would prefer on a Thurs, called that Friday to confirm and times had changed because window just didn't work any longer. Who does that?.... This was my first impression of the operation they (TLE) runs... thank goodness I don't have a necessity for daycare, more so...seek to socialize my 1 year old.... but won't do it here.

TLE has been absolutely amazing for our family, especially our little guy! It is such a relief to find a place that not only makes us feel comfortable but that our son absolutely enjoys going to. Ms. Kristie has been amazing and our little guy lights up, huge smile, when he sees her and the other staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Overall the staff seem to genuinely care for my son and do an amazing job keeping me in the loop, sending updates and pictures. If you're looking for a daycare, I highly recommend this facility and my son's bestie, Ms. Kristie

Let's just say I use to love bringing my daughter to TLE (rivercity) when the leadership and facility was under Ms Jackie! The energy, atmosphere, and entire surrounding was vibrant and welcoming. Since Ms. Jackie has departed ways from the facility- the new Director is not the same. Dont get me wrong because I am aware of different leadership styles. As a mother, I find it very disrespectful for a director to look at her watch when parents bring their children inside the facility close to 9am. I've witness this myself and was disgusted! TLE is not a cheap location for your child to attend but the new leadership is more concerned with being there by 9am as to "are you okay" I work extremely hard to ensure my daughter receives the best care and school curriculum but I am not satisfied or pleased with the new leadership. These are just my observations and opinions of the current leadership at TLE -River City

From day one, we've had an amazing experience at TLE. The experienced teachers in the Infant A room, are wonderful caregivers and truly make me feel comfortable and confident that my little girl will have a great day, every day she is there. Miss Kristie continuously keeps us updated and truly feels like part of our family.The entire staff is acquainted with our family and we always feel welcome. We are looking forward to seeing our daughters continue to grow and learn with their TLE family.

I was sad when my daughter graduated from Ms Krystals toddler class, because we loved her and Ms Melia. But now that she's at the door most mornings, we still get to see her greet us with a warm smile and positive attitude! Love me some Ms Teresa too!

My daughters teachers Miss Krystal and Miss Johanie in Toddler A Class are absolutely Amazing!!! My daughter has a history or Febrile Seizures and they are so attentive to her always checking on her making sure she's doing well. She enjoys going into the class and she's already I feel learned so much from them.
