I was pretty stoked to check-out this location after reading Mark B.'s review and checking out their website prior to my first visit here. I do not exaggerate when I tell you this place is storybook gorgeous. I mean it's probably one of the prettiest locations I've ever seen for a wedding (if not the most beautiful) and I've been to tons of weddings in my lifetime. This place even trumps Trump National in RPV even with the cascading views of the Pacific ocean. Perhaps it's because I'm a southern girl at heart or maybe the owners designed the property and the buildings specifically around the natural landscape you will find here. I probably should have asked as they were on-site making sure all of the structures were just perfect for a November wedding of a very dear friend of mine. Just...wow.Like Mark B. points out, the wedding ceremony usually takes place on a covered bridge and they have bench seating for all of the guests. If you look down you can see the water sparkling between the floorboards, but still feel confident the bridge will hold two to three hundred people [maybe more] without buckling. It's very solid and if you need to charge your phone, there are a few electrical outlets strategically placed on the walls towards the front and back of the bridge (and throughout the barn). The reception was held in their big red barn which features high ceilings, a commercial kitchen for catering, a spacious hall large enough for twenty round tables of ten (I would guess) plus enough room for the caterers, the DJ, the dance floor, the bar, a sitting area and whatever else you want for your special occasion with plenty of room to spare. Seriously.I have to mention that they offer a huge bridal suite complete with lighting, chairs and mirrors and an adjoining room for your bridal party to get their hair and make-up did (and for your friends to come visit prior to the ceremony) located towards the back of the barn. Super convenient.Overall, I loved the rustic feel of the place, yet it was so modern and meticulously maintained from the picturesque grounds to the adorable bathroom stalls located in the barn to the wood fenced parking area. In addition, the property had nicely paved roads that circled the pond area and well maintained paved sidewalks. And they laid plenty of gravel leading up to the barn so you never dirty your fancy new heels or freshly bought pedicure at any point during your visit.Asides from the great photo opps, there are so many other reasons to have your special event at The Keeler Property. And if you can just come here as a guest, definitely go and enjoy the wonderful environment. Don't forget to take a lot of pics...

What a pleasant surprise this place was. Literally out in the middle of nowheresville. When we first arrived for a good friend and chef's wedding the place is beautiful. A real big red barn set in a very cute but large pond. The also have a covered bridge where the actual wedding ceremony was performed. It was very cool the whole property was well maintained year round and not just mowed for this event. You could tell that they take care of the place. Now the barn is just that a huge open barn. It did have a section in a corner that was walled off for a kitchen prep area. It was a great wedding all in all. We are very happy for Blake n Arlyssa on their wonderful new world together.
