The Juicy Crab - Jaksonville

Good food but the place is kinda dirty; you can see the dirt on the windows and the bathroom had mold all over the urinal. Makes me second guess eating there again even though their garlic butter and combos are on point and the right price. Also good drink selections.

Went on a date here thinking it was the one on blanding but I was very much happy we landed here. The food was made to order and the drinks were nice as well. Our server was very attentive and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Had such a great time we forgot to take pictures of our food.

Juicy crab has been great every time I went. The fried and boil were both well seasoned and fresh. Service is always friendly.

I have never received a correct takeout order at this location, so I tried a new technique yesterday; I told the hostess I would give a tip if my order was right, she brought my order and I checked and I had everything and gave her a tip as I agreed to do. The hostess was very friendly by the way. I felt good until I got home and actually counted my oysters and they did not give me a full dozen, got me again! They lost a customer.

We've had a chance to visit a few other Juicy Crab establishments and this is by far the best that we have been to. From the atmosphere to the location and quick service, this will definitely go on the rotation of places to visit for us.

If I could have gave a zero stars that's all they would have got. Didn't even order food because the air conditioning was broke it was hot in the restaurant. Honestly felt better outside ! Never again Please someone send the health department.

The absolute WORST place ever. The service is so so slow, the staff is entitled, rude, stay on their phones the whole time and hardly anyone is ever in there and it is still horrible. I honestly have no idea how this location stays open. Did I mention lazy? No matter if you order out or in it doesn't matter. I also hate that in order to leave a review. You have to give a star because they don't even deserve one star

The first time I came I knew nothing about the place or the food. The waitress was so nice and patient with me. She was very busy but she took the time to help me decide. I had the #5 Juicy combo. It was so yummy that I came back again. This time same thing but I knew what I wanted Fried Calamari and Catfish. Again so yummy.

It took over an hour to get the food. There was a larger party here as well, however it should not have taken 1+ hour to steam seafood. They brought the incorrect food to our table. We were in the middle of finally opening the bags. THEN when our correct food actually came out, it was room temp food. Nothing steamed. The potatoes were slightly warm. Mussels..COLD...shrimp...ROOM TEMP...corn...ROOM TEMP. I ordered a drink from the bar, the waitress said she told the bar TWICE that we were waiting in drinks...still took over 20+ minutes. I ordered a shot, and it was cardboard and fiber FLOATING IN IT. This was beyond unprofessional. I will NEVER come back to this location. Don't waste your time nor money.

Interesting place but they are not good with getting orders correct. As I waited for my order, I watched person after person come back and complain that their order was incorrect. My was wrong also. And just as a note, I'm not allergic to any type of seafood, but within 30 minutes of eating was experiencing allergic reactions like itchy hands and throat
