I love this location. The staff is so friendly and very welcoming. I wouldn't say come on a first date here because you are going to get messy. lol Wear the bib and gloves they provide. The portions are plenty big and the seasonings are chefs kiss. The juicy crab seasoning is so good .

Great service, food arrived quickly. I always grab the Dungeness special, it's enough food for 2 people.i find it odd this restaurant has only a 3.8 star rating, considering my visit was absolutely perfect

This place has the look and feel of a former strip club or night club at best. But we didn't come here because we heard it was a looker! The food and our server, Robin, were the stars. There were 7 of us and six of us ordered the low country boil. The other got calamari and wings. Every bit of it was flavorful, plentiful and worth the drive and the $$. Robin was a great server, she made sure we had everything we needed to throw down. It was real messy so don't wear anything you care about, but even if you ruined a shirt, it would be worth it!!

The service was okay, had our menus from a lady whom was eating food and licked her fingers.... Asked for new menus, she refused to do it. We had to ask somebody else and our server was nice. For food, we got a pound of snow crab legs with half pounds of head off shrimps (didn't really take off the heads good) with half pound of sausage. No complaints on sausage or crab legs. And the flavor we chose was all the above which included all the flavors and the spicy level was medium. I'm not a fan of spicy but this kind of spicy is exactly what I like!! Very excellent. Hoping to come back at this specific location to better service but other than that, the food was bomb!! The review was 3.8 and I honestly can't not agree with it. I'll give it 4.

I used to be a steady customer years ago until I became very ill. It was the best out of all the spots and I went every weekend and always had a ball because the employees were special and dedicated and if you didn't leave with a smile it's on you ! I went for about two years and the food was always on point and the staff were amazing !!! Now I went two and both were great . The one on Blanding right 295 and the one off of Atlantic Boulevard near the mall !!!

We were greeted and sat immediately upon entering the restaurant. We waited quite a while for our server, Taylor, to come to the table, but her service was wonderful! She explained that they were very short staffed. The food was hot and delicious. We will definitely be back! we went to the competition across the street before coming here. Big mistake! There were so many issues, we walked out and decided to try the juicy crab. Glad we ended up coming here.

Noah the bartender really got us together and showed my friend & I some great service & drinks! The food was great I had the crab legs & shrimp as well as the catfish basket 10/10 definitely will be back.

Food was really great and tasted amazing! Highly recommend and service from Dior was spectacular! The ambiance wasn't too loud or noisy and great music playing in the background. A great family environment so highly recommend it and will come out here next time in Jacksonville for work or personal!

The location on Blanding needs to be closed down until they can get their stuff together. It smells of a sewer back up as soon as you walk in the door. I asked a staff member were they having a sewer issue to which she replied, she didnt know what I was talking about. The smell alone should have detoured me from eating there however, I was attending a birthday celebration. I ordered Black Mussles which turned out to be a big mistake. The food did not smell right nor did it taste right. The seasoning given to myself and others at the table was just a cup of grease with seasoning clumped at the bottom.The food i received had to be the worst I've ever had at a sit down restaurant. I let my waiter know and I was not charged however for the few mussels I did eat, I am now deeply regretting it. I've been ill every since. Needless to say it's apparent they are selling bad seafood.​ All I can say is disgusting and if I could offer negative stars I would!!
